Biverah Hotel and Suites

Our overnight stay here was a pleasant surprise. This is a very nice facility in a centrally-located quiet residential neighbourhood, almost equidistant from the airport and the railway station. An already good deal on MMT turned even better as we got a free upgrade from an Executive room to a Suite (living room +bedroom), which was clean, spacious, and came with a free extra bed. The included breakfast buffet was fantastic with a great selection of continental and hot Indian breakfast foods. All the staff were friendly and efficient. We saw a couple of families with small kids, as well as international guests, which is always a good sign of a well run Biverah Hotel and Suites. The only negative was that their Arabic food restaurant has closed down and this was not clearly communicated. Room service was also a bit spotty, but they mostly responded quickly after calling the reception. Overall, a great deal

I had booked an Oyo room near by and after reaching there I realized that as always it was a shit hole. Luckily I had not paid and hence did not check in. Deleted that app and immediately checked for Biverah and booked it. Staff was welcoming and supportive. Room and linen were clean and to my liking all sports channels were available. Food was excellent and I recommend it to every one. Value for money. Kudos to the management and entire staff. Would love to stay there for my next visit.

Location : This is nicely placed Biverah Hotel and Suites from location stand point. Temple as zoo as palace are all accessible. Rooms : Rooms were auto upgraded the front-office staff (thanks!) and the suit was awesome. Driver's option : My driver suffered a bit, as there is no option for him to rest overnight. There is no dedicated covered parking or rest room. I heard that rest room was common to staff and visiting drivers and was very unhygienic.

Lots of research done to find good Biverah Hotel and Suites close to transport links, at reasonable cost and accommodating party of for arriving on different days. Turned out to be the right choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but could be better. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again. Highly recommend this Biverah Hotel and Suites and would definitely return!

Customer service is too bad. When we contact reception for service it take more than 30 mins. Power supply issue is solved after calling the reception for two times and directly approaching the staff there. Their is no one to attend our phone calls. For room service also it take 2 or more calls were needed. Other services are good but this customer service and room service is worst of worst

This Biverah Hotel and Suites have an extraordinary staff who are very polite and helpful. All services were done with in minutes. When asked for extra table, light everything done in seconds. All room amenities were fully functional. Restaurant serves good quality tasty food with extreme friendly manner. If you plan to come to Trivandrum, go for Hotel Biverah.

Loved the stay at the Biverah Hotel and Suites. The staff is polite and enthusiastic to help. The buffet spread was good. Stayed 3 days and had fabulous room service. The rooftop is also amazing. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone visiting trivandrum. Location is accessible for anyone wanting to visit the it hub as well as the city.

Hotel is providing neate, clean and specious rooms. Located in prime location and easy accessible to all facilities. Dedicated parking facility is available. Only problem we faced was issue with the working of ac and we shifted the room in midnight, apart from that everything was well and good. Recommended for family stay

Room is very nice, hygienic and all. But there is small space for parking. I tried their breakfast it was good. But they are not serving it properly. Lot of delay to fill the food items.
