got a room near the nearby restirantent kitchen.Bad smell and property was not clean and poorly maintained asked for Different room they didn't bother to address the concern

Very poorly maintained rooms, bad smell coming from almost all rooms, staff is totally non-cooperative,,reception phone is not working and even we call directly to reception from mobile things will be undone only.floor is wet all the time.. I myself did cleaning of the room. Food is below average. They are just taking advantage for beachfront location.otherwise very poor management. This hotel should be blacklisted I have done almost more than 10 hotel bookings for myself and my circle but giving first time this type of bad review because of having very bad experience at this hotel.. anyone never book this hotel..

Please check your room after you check in . Because I’m totally disappointed .its totally different of what I’m booked. There is no floor Matt on room . AC was damaged. Bath towel was unclean, no have a AC remote, bathroom was terrible. Please check the room and confirm 🙏🏻

awesome hotel, cooperative staff and tasty breakfast great location nearby north cliffs and sea beach

The location was on spot. Convenient and affordable for our budget. I would recommend anyone who would like to relax and just be...this is the place to be. Rooms are good and hygienic with a good view.

Rest is fine people are very Cooperative ... but at the time of breakfast buffet items get short and no captian is available to quicker arrangements.

Rooms are not comfortable and really compact rooms. Old doors rust issues. They take guests for granted. Once you checkin, done. No one cares. For family and with kids red flag. Go for other properties. Only good thing is the beach side restaurant that's all. Conjusted and careless property. For bachelors it's fine.

This was my second stay at Black Beach Resort, but unfortunately, the experience this time was disappointing. The room lacked basic amenities like a landline and chairs, even though they were listed for the room I booked. There was also a dusty smell in the room. The complimentary breakfast was below expectations, and the restaurant staff seemed indifferent to the customers. Overall, it was a bad experience this time. I’ll definitely think twice or even thrice before booking a stay here again.

Not as expected, breakfast was so poor. Restroom was very congested and not as per the rate and facilities offered.

They will not bother about the cleaning of room everyday. Food was pathetic. on first day after lunch of paneer chilli my wife was admitted to Mangala hospital for severe stomach pain and food poisoning which ruined my Saturday plan at varkala.

1)Property location is good and is nearby varkala cliff area. 2) The standard A/C room is good but too much termites which disappointed us at stay,bathroom are clean and responsive staff and good housekeeping👍

Wonderful Stay it was...Best Suit Rooms, and Couple’s Private Cottage at affordable Price. Loved it ❤️

It’s a property with direct access to beach. Rooms size is small, staff are not professionals, took long time to check in and check out. They have beach side restaurant and the food is average. Service takes longer time. Restaurant staff do not understand our communication. They serve morning break fast which is average. Poor quality of tea and coffee.

The location is great. very close to the beach, also has a path to cliff, so you can walk around. Recommended.

This property is very near to Varkala main beach. scenic beauty, one of the good hotels in low budget, if not the best.. but certainly recommend.

The bathroom had a constant urine smell that wouldn’t go away, making the stay very uncomfortable. Cleanliness was poor, with mold on the walls and stained bedsheets. Overall, don’t expect a good experience here—just an average, disappointing one at best.

Very nice experience staff was so much supportive.people can book this property blindly .that all i wanted to say here
