Also the travel manager in the Black Beach Resort desk arjun was very cooperative and had provide us with meticulously planned local tour program.

Hotel and stay is nice. But the price they have put in make my trip is having huge difference when compared to direct booking. They also didn't show any breakup. They showed discounted rate which is actually not a discounted price. I stayed for only two nights. But the calculation is very high and there is no break up. They have mentioned as free cancellation till check in. But i couldn't able to do it. Very bad experience and it was completely cheated by make my trip.

I had booked a cottage. Inside room all facilities were ok. Still there is room for improvement. Like 1) rooms should auto-lock when closed from outside. 2) bathroom basin should have a bigger platform to keep your toiletries. Like toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving cream, shampoo etc. 3) emergency contact directory should be kept in the room, and its should be shown to the guest when they hand over the room.

Our travel-ling was hectic actually and i was travel-ling with my mom who cannot stand much or walk and while check in however i had booked sea view room with full payment in advance they first gave me different room so after having a look on room i again talked to manager and then they allot me sea view room. Food was good but no towels provided. Gave 5 rating just because of food.

The location of the property is fantastic, especially the restaurant near sea which has a fabulous view with wonderful sea breeze. The staffs in the 'restaurant' are very friendly and the food is delicious. We booked two meals package with breakfast+lunch or dinner, both lunch and dinner were fantastic and delicious, but breakfast buffet menu could be improved. Overall good

The place is right on the beach. Their restaurant is a amazing place to enjoy sunset. I booked premium sea facing room and it was nicely maintained neat and clean room. There is a sea view from and as well as attached balcony. Food was ok but there are plenty eateries in varkala. Staff is polite and humble, whatever additional i requested i got it in no time.

I recently stayed at this property for 2 days. The resort is on the beach and has an amazing beach view restaurant. The food is good. The rooms were decent. The cleanliness of the rooms was okay as it was near the beach. The staff is cooperative. They don't have room service. If i have to rate out of 10 rooms 7 cleanliness 5 food 9 staff 9

Good sea view place to stay. But ac rooms preferrible for stays. Non ac rooms are not upto level air circulation not proper in non ac rooms

Good services, lo-acted fairly from the main beach and available quick access to the beach. Good ambience in the restaurant and food is tasty. Rooms are not same as seen in the pictures, a clear sea view or balcony was not availabe. Bathroom also was not upto the marks. Overall experience was good.

The rooms services is very good. The attendants come and attend your request on demand. Clean bed and towels. The restaurant provides excellent non veg food. They had variety of fish to select from and made as per taste. I spent 2 nights with my family of 2 kids. They have a pool that’s close by if you are interested to avail those services.

Amazing place with a sea view restaurant near by. There were ayurvedic centre attached to the property. The staff was warm and welcoming.

Good location. Beach front. Sea view rooms. Quite, calm place near to city. Ac standard, deluxe and cottages. In to the beach restaurant. Kerala style.

Firstly we booked our stay for 1 day and we actually like the property as it has a great location and have a direct access to the beach so be extended alistair for one day and upgraded to the family. Sweet

Back view of the resort was awesome it was very near to the sea but the rooms were had a little less facilities

We stayed for a day in their non-ac rooms. The rooms were just decent. The resort has a direct beach. We had breakfast lunch and dinner and we enjoyed all of them.
