If you want to stay within the resort and your room it is good property to visit. It is in middle of nowhere, beautiful views and is surrounded by greenery. Being situated at a high altitude, the property mostly covered with clouds makes it more cold and damp than other parts of munnar, so don't forget to carry warm clothes and also carry some indoor games if you don't wish to not get bored sitting inside the room as it gets dark and lazy after 6 pm at the property. Food is over hyped at the restaurant, it was more presentable but not as tasty. All in all be mindful before booking this property, it is good only if you wish to spend time with nature and yourself in solitude.

Beautiful property and we feel like we are at the lap of nature. It offers wonderful valley view with passing clouds, humming birds, no pollution, practising sustainable and coexisting with the nature. Their hospitality is another level and it’s wonderful to see the teaming among the staffs. They all are awesome. Those who love to be in the midst of green with zero plastics, zero pollution this is your gateway. Do not miss it

Everything at the resort was so awesome that we didn't feel like leaving the place. Stayed in the nimbus category, and everything was just amazing. Loved theor handmade soaps and shampoo. The bathroom had a bathtub too. Had coffee and dinner at horn-bill restaurant and we were in completely blown away by the food. Would definitely recommend this place

The location of the property is superb (near the main market) and mesmerizing view. Great place to chill and relax. Amazing room, space and good food. Bit pricey but overall a very good experience. The resort completely supports an eco friendly atmosphere and each and every detail of the resort will reflect the eco friendly spirit.

Everything was perfect. Room, view, staff behaviour all were exemplary. We were in the cirrus suite, which had a jacuzzi! food at horn-bill restaurant was delicious, so was the spa experience at sisal spa. Only minor complaint was that the restaurant menu had limited options.

Great location, very helpful staff, good restaurant. Spa was nice too. Kid enjoyed cycling and other activities at the resort. Front desk also arranged for local sight seeing. All in all a very nice 2 day stay.

It was a great experience with good and clean rooms, very hospitable staffs. They also were nice to pack some bf for my little boy for the trip. The whole process of checkin and checkout was seamless and well managed.

They have a good and energetic staff team. Food was also good. Nice location with valley view, but the road leading to there is narrow. Room was nice, feels a bit old but classy. Nice for vacation stays.

Right from the reception till the checkout, the experience was very nice, and all the staff was very courteous & helpful. Food was very good. The rooms are Beautifully and thoughtfully crafted with scenic views. It was a wonderful experience.
