Everything was good except for few things which the staff has sorted out in the meantime.. overall a good stay

Very Bad service. There is no water facility There is a hygiene issue also

just because of location or no proper guidance regarding location. my car got brake down & park my car approx 300 meter away from hotel. after that I asked for assistance upto hotel.. but hotel manager response was very poor.. I booked 2 room but room for my family.. but allotted both room was different and on different floor too. meal was not included in my package... but hotel staff informed me that Breakfast is also not included by MMT.. so I have to pay for breakfast also.. while during booking it's shows breakfast is included.

hotel is well located staff is coeprative and quality of food is too good. overall staying experience is quite good.

It was a decent room. A bit far from Mall Road, about a 20min walk with no mountain view. The good is good and so is the small garden.

*Overall- 4/5, Kind of traditional architecture, with large open space with seating arrangement. Peaceful property. *Room -4/5 , Big room with traditional touch. Private balcony in some rooms but with very limited valley View. *Value for money- 4/5. *Location - 3/5 - Situated approx. 1.5 Km from Mall road on the hill with steep slope. Not advisable to walk. Taxi would charge around one way-Rs.300 from Library chowk, best to hire bike/scooty for commute. No additional Cafes, restaurants and bar are not near by, except hotel's own. Staff- 5/5- Courteous & supportive staff.

Our overall experience was very good, the hotel feels safe and is ideal for family and couples. The staff are very polite. I will recommed it if you are travelling with family aur our gf/wife

The property was nice and away from the hustle bustle of city yet being near Mall road. The staff was courteous. Best part is when you enter the property it feels really good.

We recently visited Mussorie and it was sudden booking of the property we stayed. But to our expectations it came as a heart fulfilling experience. Nice ambiance, location was worth, parking area awesome, interiors and exteriors excellent, food was amazing and the staff and cleanliness was upto the mark.

Property is old, washrooms needs maintenance. service was good Food was good. Pet friendly and we were provided bed for pet also. Pool table shown in images is chargeable, which is not nice. Good room size. Overall value for money

The property was really good and I had a very comfortable stay. View is good but some trees obstruction the valley view. Also breakfast is tasty but there should be more items that should be added.

Bliss and co. Manor as a property is very beautiful, no doubt on that. The rooms are quite cozy. But they could have helped with a room heater especially in a location like mussorie and a toilet slippers

Our stay was comfortable. Room was cleaned and they have car parking also and the view from the hotels garden was amazing as you can see dehradun city from garden. This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The rooms were excellent, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and service made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Had great experience there. Room was clean, staff were very polite and supportive and food was delicious too.

Good place to stay. 15 mins walk to mall road picture palace side. Lush green outdoor garden to sit outside but beware of monkeys menace. Good spacious rooms with balcony which you can seldom use due to monkeys in the area. The staff is very good and very helpful. Food is good.
