We stayed in this hotel as couple with an infant. It was a very disappointing experience staying here. The location given in is incorrect. Got stuck in the busy traffic of Siliguri just to find the correct location. No parking facility is available. You will have to park your car on roadside at your own risk. The lift was not working. Had to carry our infant up the stairs. The Manager was very arrogant and rude when asked about the lift problem. Even after repeatedly asking for toiletries and towel for 2 in a double room, the manager refused to provide. The bathroom was not clean and there was a large transparent window in the bathroom which cannot be closed. Had to use the only towel we got to cover the window to use the toilet. The amenities listed were just on papers. Not at all recommended especially for families.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, and the check-in process was quick and easy. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details that made me feel at home. The bed was cozy, and the amenities were excellent.

Hotel is totally different. Property location is confusing and I was unable to find the location and this hotel is also not fetched in Google map. I have not tried food there because they are charging about for a breakfast. Room was average and toilet was very bad. Service also average

Very bad. The washroom smelled very bad and the bed sheets were very dirty. Basin was so small and could not even was our hand in that. Very terrible experience
