Firstly it was not worth the price. Food was average. There was no space behind the desk chair for pulling it back for sitting. No hand shower in bathing area. Hot cold signs in wrong places. Noise of trains passing by off and on. Lift paint had peeled off. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.

It was my first time and I was totally impressed on the cleanliness. The concept of keeping all the accesories at the reception was excellent avoiding wastages. The design of the room with only the bare essentials indicated a lot of thought process in the designing of the concept. I even had a chat the guard while waiting for my pick-up -- even he was all praises for the Hotel. Kudos to the management for staff motivation.

Pros Location: Excellent location, walking distance of CP. Very convenient. Facelities: Decent. Everything that a business traveller needs were provided. Cons: Rooms: Inspite of booking the top room was given a room with no view. Window barred and blocked. Very clostrophobic. The room was booked well in advance so no excuses really to give this room. There are better options at this price. Breakfast- good spread but very poorly planned. Only one person was allotted and half the items were empty so one had to wait for quite sometime to get the options. Restaurant: Menu - pathetic menu with very very little options. First night dinner was wrongly served and when pointed out was told rudely that they have served the right food. Had a bout of food poisoning also after the food. Would suggest to avoid. Overall: Have stayed in Bloom hotel on multiple ocassions, this was the worst experience. Not staying here anymore thats for sure. Recommendations: Avoid, if possible.

We had booked the premium double bed room. We had a pleasant stay. Room was spacious, clean with full length window facing main street. Had a separate study table and a full length cupboard. Ironing board was provided on request. Bathroom was clean and hygienic with 24 hour hot water facility. Food options are limited, but food is good. They allow to order from outside, and also provide cutlery for the same. Staff is polite, eager to help, and prompt with their service. Hygiene wise, a good place. They change linen every 2 days or earlier on request. Overall, the place is a good choice for family as well as business stays.

It was a nice comfortable stay. The location is a big plus for this hotel. The breakfast they served was also very good. Price wise I felt it is slightly on the higher side, and it is only because of the location. Food served in the breakfast was also very good.

The location is at the center but very noisy and the rooms are too small to accommodate two persons. it's not for relaxing but mainly for the business community who would come to this hotel for sleep only. it's lacking in luxury or comfort, the rooms are too small the rooms have no windows,

The room initially checked into had stains on wall and lots of dust Eventually moved to another room but cleanliness and hygiene was subpar
