Bloom Boutique I Bandra

We had a very pleasant experience with our stay at Bloom boutique Bandra. Location is very good, and rooms are spacious by Mumbai standards. Very clean toilets and pleasant decor. Food is decent and roof top bar serves excellent cocktails. Service staff is prompt and cooperative. E definite recommendation

The location was convenient, but the overall experience left much to be desired. Breakfast was very average and could be significantly improved. While the room itself was clean, the in-room amenities were outdated — the refrigerator was old and rusty. Similarly, the bathroom fixtures showed clear signs of wear; the knobs were rusty, and the shower knob even came off in hand. The property requires considerable maintenance and upgrades to meet acceptable standards.

Good location with easy access to a number of cafes & restaurants. Rooms are clean & spacious. The hotel staff is welcoming & courteous. The breakfast spread was also good.

Property is located in a peaceful locality in Bandra West. Staff are courteous and check in/out was breeze. In room amenities were good. Linen and Towels were spotlessly clean and fresh. Room size was quite large with sufficient walk around area. They have a fantastic restaurant that serves some great tasting dishes. Breakfast buffet spread, though sufficient, could be little more wide.

Great Location. Friendly staff which is pretty rare at Bloom in my previous experience at other Bloom hotels. spacious and comfortable rooms. breakfast is about ok and can be better . overall good value hotel.

Stay was comfortable and I stayed for one night. Room was clean. I got my booking through Make my trip app. And found location easily.

I stayed at the hotel (Bloom) in Bandra for two nights recently. While the location is convenient, I had a few concerns about the room and overall experience: 1. The room faced the balconies of a nearby residential colony, which compromised privacy. I was unable to open the curtains and let in natural light as residents in the adjacent building could see directly into the room. 2. The rooms are not soundproof. I could clearly hear water running and the flush from the neighboring room, which was quite disruptive. 3. The carpets appeared old and worn, and the overall feel of the room was not as plush or comfortable as expected. 4. The TV did not function properly. The hotel staff were unable to resolve the issue, and I was told certain channels were simply not subscribed. There was also no printed TV guide provided, which made it inconvenient to navigate the available channels. 5. The in-room dining and breakfast menus were not diabetic-friendly, with very limited healthy or low-sugar options available. I hope these observations are helpful for the hotel to consider for future improvements

No-nonsense, professionally managed, clean, well run. Functional. Convenient location - heart of bandra. Well lit. Light colours, which gives it a fresh feeling. Value for money option. The breakfast spread was not very appetising.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff has no hospitality etiquettes and there was mid night incident banging at the door during our stay. It's not safe at all. Food is okay. The hotel rooms are overpriced, floors are cracked and taped. "

location is good reception staff.they say yes to everything but deliver nothing quality of room below average for the rate they charge, finishing is raw, space utilisation is just not though through as much the room doesn't have a wardrobe and there are open hangers to hang clothes, the tv is too small, and in my room they had a defective screen damaged tv, logged 3 requests on there app, which went unheeded, called reception they didn't pick the phone, went down and gave them a piece, they replaced the tv with another the next day morning, cut to evening when I switched on the tv, found the remote to be of a different brand, new battle starts to get the remote replaced, which did not get replaced through the stay and then they curtly tell me that there dish connection too is down and unlikely to be restored anytime soon so getting the remote control changed is really not worth it, post which I gave up. breakfast. pathetic, both in terms of the spread and quality, first day I ate egg bhurji which they had kept ready and not prepared fresh, I upset my stomach second day just had fruit and cornflakes to stay on the safer side. restaurant & bar. though the roof top bar looked good, I didn't have drinks , the food menu too is limited and grossly over priced beds & sleep quality.was ok overall not a great experience, it's like an overpriced kind of property being marketed as a boutique hotel, you get much much better rooms & service and food will I repeat.no

Not looked worth spending 7k a night initially while booked, though felt better as staff were good & accommodative. Next day breakfast experience was very nice. Though property need maintenance, security guard need training how to behave with checkin customer. Bit expensive though good stay

I booked a hotel room on 8th september 2024When i arrived at the hotel and checked the room, i found cockroaches roaming on the bed. I immediately called customer care and reported the issue, and also sent an email. The customer care executive told me, 'sir, you don't want to stay in this hotel room, book another hotel, and i will refund your money within 24 to 48 hours' but today is 13th september 2024, and i still haven't received any refund. can clearly see cockroaches on hotel rooms bed.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Excellent customer service. Food was also good. However, more varieties could be added in breakfast & main course meal.

The room provided to me had issues with hot water since day 1. My stay was for 4 nights and they did not bother to either resolve the issue nor change the room even upon multiple requests.

This is not a great bloom property. They ac was not working. House keeping took forever to come to check. Then they changed my room. In the new room the tv was not working. Overall not worth it.

Over priced night mare, please avoid. This is the first hotel i have seen that could not provide a key to the room saying key software is upgrading. The breakfast is literally bread toast plus couple of items and buffet is cleared without checking with guests present. Wifi needs qr code scanning and crazy compliance. Please avoid this nightmare property that is over priced as well for its appalling standards

I have found this hotel online and have already stayed there 3 times by now. Location is very nice and good connectivity everywhere.
