Wonderful rooms and great service

very congested, unhygienic rooms, breakfast was poor and crockery was not clean. service was bad. they dont listen

Amazing stay with family was there for 3 nights staff is amazing. We didn’t opt for breakfast their spread is not that great however rest was perfectly taken care of. Rooms were cleaned and neat the lights were very dim they can work on it. Overall for family it's an amazing stay I stayed with my parents in palace suite room it was very big 443 sqft. TV was amazing wifi connectivity very good

location is fine but the property is not worth the money and breakfast is also average service is slow

The sorroundings of the hotel are unhygienic with stray animals like donkeys. The services are not upto the mark. They took nearly 3 hours to repair a leaking shower , even suggesting to adjust with it. The breakfast served is not upto the mark. All walls and floor wet during rains. Flies on cut fruits. They did not have one litre bottles of mineral water for three days. They did not allow me early check in or late check out inspite of availability of rooms

Very small rooms despite of such prices , no welcoming drink was offered or welcoming behaviour was there

The staffs were very coordinating and helpful.

Hotel is good ambience is good but they have limited food option they don’t have Chinese or any other starters .also they have only vegetable food items in menu .

So dirty property ... Even dont have parking ...... I dont stayed there after seeing it ...... worst experience of life

Actually, I booked , but when Hotel that hotel staff said that booking are not and then I pay another and booking my another hotel same in the other room and they were staff member Karvai Ya Galat booking Shor Hai Maine Coffee ko Karni ki Koshish kiya gaanta Mera Harish mein mein Gaya Bilkul Bhi Mera Kaam Nai hua aur next Time mujhe Sa Lagta ki direct kar Bana Jada Sa Hai, Phir Se booking Karva

Great rooms at reasonable prices and centrally located for access to all yhe touristy places. Must visit and stay

Rooms are small and privacy is the issue . Collects email ids and contact no of all guests while it is not required any where . Allows online booking only and after making booking payment they may asked your to wait more than 30 minutes even at 8 om in the evening

We stayed at Bloom boutique for 4 nights 5 days. While the place is very accessible and within walking distance to every famous spot, the walk to the hotel consists of walking through some shady places. I wouldn't recommend it for a girls only trip. The place is pretty but they do lack a vibe and a freshness, compared to other hotels in Udaipur. The service is good and the people are polite. The breakfast options were good however they could include some healthy options too. Also they could work on the food quality a little. When we checked into our room, we found the glass on the window was broken. We called the reception and I appreciate the fact that we immediately got help. However we were given the option to apply cellotape on the broken window first and then an option to change the room. I dont believe former was even an option to be given to the guest.

Well it was situated in old city rooms were ok but not worth for the price paid. Property was old also while we stayed right outside there was so much of loud music and sound we could not sleep

Location wise best in terms of proximity to main sightseeing places. Stayed in Heritage queen room. Room was good though small. However the Bath room was smelling bad. Complimentary room upgrade and Early Check in was not available. No lake view from rooms. Complimentary breakfast was good.

Saw rats hidden in the false ceiling, low to no natural sunlight. Prices are at higher end compared to hostels in similar categories.

stay was ok .....bit they have not provided me the bill.on my nane....i.e from primary nane from which booking is made....there phone was not working....construction was going on....so there was all dust

The rooms were okay. Clean and nice but not worth the expensive prices. The receptionist was rude and arrogant. The water in the washroom smell bad and there was no hot water for one of the 3 days we were staying. The restaurant was non functional. Overall, definitely not worth the price. 3/5
