Breakfast service is too poor. No food most of the time in buffet. Idli, poori, paratha, sambhar semiya, all items empty same time. Room service no one picked up call, neither call back. I experienced the same both the day. They will remind you checkout time by stepping at your room. But if you ask for fresh up room by 9 am for few minutes. They will deny. Rooms are good but services and staff approch not much professional and helping

Room and bathroom was nice and clean, well maintained. 👍🏼 But the AC was not cooling enough and the blanket was thick. Had a poor sleep, and they need to improve air conditioning cooling.

Loved my stay at Bloom, Hitec city. The decor at the reception and cafe is simple yet oozes style and class. Rooms are of good size and tastefully done up in their signature colour. Breakfast buffet spread is also very good. What I liked is that is no need to call room service for extra toiletries or amenities. You only need to type out on chat box or scan the code. It is delivered in minutes. 👍

good experience, staff is friendly and supportive. room is clean. but food is average, one suggestion is sleepers, shaving kit, dental kit should be there in rooms rather than on request. Taxi and ola can't able to reach location due to goolgle won't recognise the place. overall experience is good. want to vist again.
