Bloom Hotel HSR Layout Sector 3

The Hotel was good. Felt it was value for money. The room that I was assigned was spacious and comfortable. The service was also good. Check in and check was very Hassle free.

The overall stay was good, the staff were very friendly and co-operating, the room was neat and clean, would highly recommend

We found all facilities were upto our satisfaction. Very good wifi, connections, rooms were clean, supporting staffs were very supporting.

The rooms are very basic and both the rooms had a musty smell. It was very hard to stay in the room even with the AC on. Definitely not up to the mark housekeeping and very overpriced.

Overall room and hotel experience is good. However the toilet got clogged and was leaking. Lots of issue and it was not fixed properly
