Complimentary tea, coffee, snacks, cold drinks, and even sparkling water were available right at the reception — such a thoughtful touch! The Customer Service Team lacked basic Etiquette, the service was slow. While I had booked a Studio apartment, amenities associated with Studio apt was missing
