Bloom Hotel Koregaon Park

My stay in bloom Bloom Hotel Koregaon Park was excellent. The team of staff was very cooperative. The major point of comfort was everything being online, from check in to check out. You need not call reception for anything. You can write in the chat box. Wifi speed was good. Cleanliness was top notch. Restaurant food tasted like home cooked meals. It's located in heart of the city. I will definitely stay here anytime i visit pune.

The staff is very polite and friendly. We checked in late night at around 2am and the staff was available and had a smooth check in. On asking for late check out by around 1 hr they agreed in a polite way. The area near the Bloom Hotel Koregaon Park is very calm. Would always like to visit here again.

Early check-in was made possible by bloom staff, quite a seamless process. Free water and tea, coffee plus good service in terms of getting linen/hair dryer, etc. Quiet location, clean room, well maintained property. Polite and helpful staff. Will recommend.

Very comfortable stay with clean and spacious rooms. The staff was very cordial, obliging and open to feedback. Breakfast was tasty as well. Overall a good stay at the given price.

Fast & easy check in, clean room everything is good clean just in food there is should be more options food menu is very limited & overall food test also need to little bit improv.

Housekeeping was good, washrooms were clean, near & tidy. Bed mattress was a bit hard, gives less comfort, cab be improved further. Need a full body mirror

Location was the best feature. Decent breakfast spread, staff was polite. The rooms were ok, although could take some work to make the stay bit more comfortable

Housekeeping needs to improve a bit mainly on pets, cats were entered during the night time and fighting inside the premises.
