It was a good experience, staff is good, rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast was delicious. All facilities were available, swimming pool was clean.

over charged, direct bookings are cheaper in hotel website , even breakfast is not included in the room which has to be paid separately

Good location ...good view...breakfast spread can be improved especially tea coffee . room was clean and cozy. room service menu can also be improved.

it was in. but the front desk executive wasn't so polite. I requested for 1215 checkout while we checked in at 5:30 pm. but he was rude. He said before 12 you need to checkout. while I understand the policy, but a request for late checkout until 1 pm is always accepted. also more when I was trying with infant and senior citizen. you need to be more empathic with your customers. We were not going to stay there for ever in your rooms. overall experience was good, but I expect more empathy and attention from your front desk executive.

I recently stayed at Bloom Hotel, Lonavala, and it was a refreshing experience overall. The property truly lives up to its promise of a clean, modern, and cheerful stay amidst the greenery of Lonavala

PATHETIC SERVICE... Food taste is not good but they are charging 3x charges... extra bed charges are 1000/- for child & Adult both.. outside food is allowed from Zomato & Swiggy but not service the same in the room which comes under thier service for which they are charging.. dental kit, ladies kit, shaving kit quality is very low.. they have mentioned in the rules that alcohol & smoking is not allowed within premises but charging 2000/- if we had smoke which is not mentioned

The stay was clean, staff-excellent. Breakfast was a la carte instead of buffet and all the ordered items were on time, delicious and fresh. We enjoyed the game room and played snooker, table tennis while enjoying the mesmerising views it has to offer.

Accommodation was average but the food availability is challenging The hotel staff is not flexible according to the guest's entire atmosphere like a school strict and disciplined no way to feel relaxing

very nice property , well maintained to good to be true atmosphere during rain , good view of the valley .... and the most important good food too that to in affordable prices

Property location was very easy to locate and the view of khanadala valley from the room was amazing. Food was good. And service of staff was excellent

location is ok between khandal n lonavala ambiance is nice since it's new property it was quite clean we took the loft family rooms kids loved it but the stairs going up are a bit risky and adults may find it hard to climb up and no bathroom on the top only toilets so difficult for four people to bath. food is not that good also we dint like the breakfast not much options n not tasty especially seeing how much they charge for it .their chicken soup was very delicious though. we had second helping of those .Pool is nice but be ware of monkeys which why there are no open able windows in the room which may lead to some misty smell but keep ac on and door open for sometime n it goes away .All in all it was ok experience in the hotel clean n quite . location is ok between khandal n lonavala ambiance is nice

I booked this hotel for a family holiday. My overall experience was very good. Hotel location is good and accessible. Staffs were also co-operative. Rooms were spacious and Hygienic. Ambience was beautiful. No complaints, evrything was good
