Worst experience with bloom

There was no electricity and no back up for the power cut. The kitchen was unhygienic and rats were roaming around. The staff even after complaining couldn't do anything.

Indian Hospitality - Smiling Welcome and Good Food. Both remain Missing in the Bloom. This being my first time with the brand but honestly cant fathom a room without a window whatever may be the reason. Families climbing 4 stories on stories with no elevator is no hospitality for me. Signing up properties for the sake of valuation and increasing the no of rooms isn’t a long term business strategy

Location and surrounding is not good ... Rooms are too small , it is not woth the amount they charge. Shower did not have continuous hot water ... Cleanliness was poor ... I will not recommend this property to anyone

Had an event to attend around the Worli location. This Bloom Hotel is well-placed location-wise. While the rooms a little smaller in size, they didn’t fall short otherwise. Clean bathrooms, AC is all we needed. Recommend one room per guest if you’re travelling Single. Friendly staff at the reception.

The hotel and property is worth the money but on first they denied to provide an area/room to freshen up even for half an hour and asked for extra charges . But later on requesting the receptionist provided us with a room.
