We stayed for one night. It was a pleasant stay. The resort is just besides the malshej ghat road and has splendid view of the dam backwaters and mountains! Full marks to the location! Food is also good especially breakfast was delicious. The rooms are not as good as they show in the pictures. Not well maintained and well illuminated. There were cockroaches running allover the room. Surprised to see so many cockroaches despite not having kitchen in the room. They must clean the rooms properly and also get the pest control done. The room has glass door and window, of course with curtains. The lake view from the room is nice but there is no privacy as the other guests, staff while passing by, peep into the rooms! I literally shouted at resort staff as they shamelessly kept staring us when we were sitting in sit out area outside the room. Staff must be trained and warned to mind their work and not make guests awkward. They have infinity swimming pool which looked good. We didn't get into the pool due to shivering cold. They've no activities except the kids play area. The restaurant has good ambience and deck which has even better view of lake than that from the rooms. Overall it was good stay but with few disappointments. The resort is overpriced and less value for the money you pay!

It was a beautiful location and very clean space , clean pool. Small area and need more amenities and play area which they are i guess building. Special shoutout to Pramod who helped us with watever we needed and was very helpful and suggestive. Kudos to this place and they can definitely be better in future

The resort was amazing with a lovely view and the infinity pool was a bonus add on to the resort. The food was also yummy and the restaurants deck was awesome with a lovely view of resort, lake and the mountains.. we had a pleasant stay, except for the fact that the wifi network was very bad, we could barely contact our relatives back home. The waiters at the restaurant cleared out plates too quickly, guests should be more relaxed and not in a hurry to leave. The food was quite good and fast service at the restaurant. All the managers were polite and helpful. The location was great.

Good place but over rated and not value for money

Location and view is great. Food is very good. Rooms however are average in terms of cleanliness and we found small cockroaches. Way from the parking/restaurant to the rooms is a long flight of stairs not suited for elderly. Even the lawn is not very well maintained and affects the visual impact.

The location is really nice, I highly recommend it. It has a infinity pool with a great view They have maintained the place really nice. You get proper toiletries. Clean bed I loved the food, especially the breakfast. Lots of items are available both veg and non veg. Dinner and lunch are also available but you have to pay for that. But the price is reasonable

Poor Stay

I booked Blue garden room, as I liked the view of the room. But unfortunately, the AC was faulty and water was dripping continuously. They could check better before allotting this room to us. Most importantly, my family was forced to shift to Blu Sky room with open sky washroom which we never wanted. Also, the view of the look from the Blue Sky room is not as good as blue garden room. The open sky washroom was scary for kid and I also see one mouse at night. So it was bad experience due to room shift. We had to compromise our stay which was planned with lot of hope and excitement.

Well I did like the environment where this property was the stay was ok the rooms can be more better in quality of the bed and the linen more amenities in the bathroom would have been nice towels very very rough another point I noticed was there was no wheel chair access or pathway at the property for senior citizens on the food part the taste was good I was expecting a buffet for breakfast but it was not there we were served on our table over all a good stay WiFi could be more stronger as there is zero network there.
