BLUE BIRD RESIDENCY

I stayed here for a night with family. it's a good place to stay. a lot of flowers outside. The cleanliness is good. Happy to come again.

No wifi. Router at caretakers house that is 100m far away. So have to go and use. Neil Island has no proper signal like other islands, so wifi is mandatory. So I would recommend places that promise wifi at Room. No hot water at all. Charges come to 2k/room with taxes per night, yet you do not even get hot water. No proper TV. There is a TV with set top box, which has nothing good. Some free channels that do not have any value. Would be a nice stay for people who just want to sleep and crash. Even then the price has to be half of what they charge.

It was good and like it but the pricing was little more extra. I think it should be around 1000 rs and the owner was good and helpful l there are so many hotels nearby.

Room was good n decent, owner was responsive, feels like a village home, nearby laxmanpur beach, electric scooter available for rent

Overall it was a decent stay, everything was good - place, cleanliness, room size cons - poor wifi electricity goes down when using heavy appliances like hair dryer.

Room was big, bathroom was clean. No wifi connection in our room. Extra charge for rooms having wifi network. Drinking water facility. Location is nearby. Not worth the price.

The stay was not to so pleasant. Bathrooms were not clean. There was no proper staff too. But the highlight is the property is near to lakshmanpur beach.

I was booked three adult bed but double bed is small size and sleeping in floor only provide mattress and bed sheet and pillow

Management was not good there. N service was terrible. I m not gonna book any hotel by makemytrip. I requested about hotel cancellation. But they didn't. They made silly excuses. It was really a terrible experience for us

Location is very close to jetty (1km. Owner of property personally maintains the cleanliness and hygiene of room. A very genuine deal in this price.

The hotel is well maintained the owner uncle and aunt was so well behaved and soft mannered. Rooms are clean and environment is excellent

The property is highly recommend-ale to those who want a clean and higine az well as cheap stay. It is also located in a convenient place where sunset point is in a walking distance. Many big and renowned property is nearby. Owner is very gentle person. We were there from 1st jan 2023 for two days.
