Aveda Blue Country Resort

Not worth the price at all. Average resort and not maintained properly. Poor amenities. Average breakfast with not many options.

Cancelled booking just 1 hour before check in time, very unprofessional. Reason was short circuit and when visited the hotel was fully operational and booked. Seems cancelled for some extra perks by heavy walk in.

Positives: The property is spacious with a large ground, well-maintained trees, and beautiful rose gardens. There’s a dedicated kids’ play area and a good-sized swimming pool. Rooms are large, and the duplex rooms are especially enjoyable for children. The staff is supportive and handled a short-circuit incident efficiently. The location is convenient—about 1 km from Panchgani market, with Sydney Point, Table Land, Parsi Point, and Mapro Garden nearby. Food taste is good. Negatives: Cleanliness and overall maintenance don’t match the tariff or 5-star standards. Room service is slow, and food options are limited. The swimming pool wasn’t very clean, and indoor games like table tennis and carrom were poorly maintained. Despite the Diwali season, there was no festive enthusiasm. Overall: A spacious and scenic property ideal for families, but it needs better upkeep, quicker service, and more engaging activities to justify its price.

Blue country resort was good. It has a large swimming pool and a nice garden. The rooms were also nice. The staff were good. The breakfast and food was ok.

Hotel staffs were supportive.. Only drawback is no valley / mountain view rooms available in the property..

Rooms at the resort are good and fairly comfortable. However, overall the property feels just okish and could use proper maintenance to improve the experience. Service is also on the slower side — I had requested a dental kit, but I’m still waiting for it to be delivered.

The room hygiene was not ok, the bedsheet had fungus and room service was not ok, telephone not working, food quality ok ok

The location, maintenance and hospitality all are good. Food is very good. The staff at the restaurant are exceptionally good and positive in their attitude.

The stay was amazing the resort is quite big and has a huge pool and the staff is also very friendly the rooms too were very clean Great resort to stay in Panchgani

Morning breakfast is very bad with very few options in breakfast, location is okay( not so good not so bad kind) but rooms are spacious and having good parking space. Overall this Property needs some renovation as it is having very old furniture and other amenities.

Service was very slow, room doors where broken, no rooms dedicated specially for family bcoz we had boys next to our door and that’s why we faced some issues with it

the place was good, however the food was neither tasty nor were there options aside, it felt cheated when they dint mention that the room we took was for 6 people, we ended up paying entire amount for 4, description is misguiding on the app- it should be clearly mentioned about bedding and current room capacity

So the property was amazing. It was full of nature surrounding and felt comfortable like home . They gave us a great hospitality which impressed us a lot , food was delicious and tasty felt like It was maded with lots of love. Gonna rate 5/5 to the resort. 🌟 They gave us fast and smooth services which was expected. Overall loved it 🫶🏻

I had been in this resort for a vacation overall good experience with supportive staff.The resort us very beautiful, well maintained as shown in the picture. We were in a duplex room which is highly recommended for a group of 4 or 5 .The only thing is that there was issues related to water supply in the washroom which were solved after informing the hotel authorities.

We requested to change the room from gr floor to 1st floor they are asking for cleaning charges which is pathetic

The resort is picturesque with great views. Hotel rooms were clean and service good. The food at the hotel was not up to the mark.

A group of 6 stayed in Duplex Room, Pleasant stay, Beautiful landscape , Good Service and food! Monsoon/Clouds - beautiful location
