Blue Diamond, Pune - IHCL SeleQtions

Blue diamond is my all time favorite for stay in pune. This was my first time booking through make my trip and the experience was seamless. Checkin at the Blue Diamond, Pune - IHCL SeleQtions was quick and headed straight for dinner the staff helped us to shift all the bags to room while we were dining. They even helped me with some drink for my sore throat really helped me relive overnight. Rooms were comfortable as always and the morning breakfast spread was superb. Best part of staying at taj is the staff is they really pamper you throughout the stay. They kept note of my sore throat the previous night and helped me with warm water with honey during breakfast also packed the same for me on my onward journey along with some sandwiches so i don’t have to eat somewhere else, so thoughtful of them. All these gestures are not experienced for the first time and that’s the reason i don’t think twice when it comes to staying with them. Thankyou

This stay was one of the best i have ever had in a Blue Diamond, Pune - IHCL SeleQtions till now. 1. Room given was spacious and nice. Owing to some ac issue, we were given an executive suite in lieu free of charge. The executive suite was beautiful and the previous room was also very nice. 2. Food at the breakfast buffet was amazing and had a wide variety. It was the highlight of our stay. 3. The gym of the Blue Diamond, Pune - IHCL SeleQtions is very good. We used it quite a few times and even experienced the steam room. 4. The Blue Diamond, Pune - IHCL SeleQtions duty manager & other staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and courteous. Overall a memorable experience.

I booked this property as a relative was staying over. It holds the privilege of being one of the oldest 5* properties of pune and since it is a taj property, we booked it. We were allotted a room on the 3rd floor. The reception knew that we are a family of 2 adults and a kid and still allotted us the smoking floor. It reeked of excessive smoking, to an extent that even if the rooms were closed, we could feel the smoke. It was choking at many times. They should install air purifiers in the walkways to suck in excessive smell. The food was excellent. We had ordered for a pizza, pita bread, wok rice and all were tasty.

I think i have stayed at each and every property in pune, but it was my first time at blue diamond the service is by far the best any Blue Diamond, Pune - IHCL SeleQtions in pune has to offer. Things that would take so long to get in another Blue Diamond, Pune - IHCL SeleQtions would take just 5min here. I don't think i had to wait for anything in this Blue Diamond, Pune - IHCL SeleQtions. Nor do i think ever iv experienced such quick service ever. Really proud of the staff and management keep it up!

This property is old and few things when it comes to the ambience, do not match up to taj standards. The taj hospitality remains the usp. The location is fantastic. It was disappointing that latitude which other wise remains open round the clock was shut at 23:30. The excuse given was covid which looked lame. The spread at breakfast was good. The staff genuinely makes all the effort to keep you happy. Our experience at jiva spa was fantastic. Overall a great stay.

The location of the Blue Diamond, Pune - IHCL SeleQtions for us was perfect, it was reasonably close to the places we had to visit. The accessible room was small but the bathroom was small but had excellent grab bars and that was our prime requirement. After shifting some furniture we were able to move the wheelchair around. The food taste was a bit disappointing. staff was friendly and helpful. that always makes a stay pleasant

It was first visit to blue diamond that too for two nights. Both the days checked after 11. 00 in night but quite lovely scene at reception attended by smiling and helping ****. Room is good with all requirements fulfilled. Special mention is complementry fruit basket which proves quite fulfilling on late night. Since just spent nights so not much to say about swimming pool and spa. Oberall quite a pleasant experience.

Staff is extremely courteous, the chinese restaurant has some extraordinary super cuisines, room are quite old and give a dull dark look, bathroom size is good as also room size, furniture is old and dark colour increased overall darkness in room, breakfast options are excellent, pool is also good, location of Blue Diamond, Pune - IHCL SeleQtions is good, tata nu points are difficult to understand or claim.

Great experience! staff was very friendly. Breakfast would have been better with a maharashtrian fare.
