A Fantastic property in the heart of the city. I visited the property with my pet. I was even provided an upgrade with some minimal amount.

I checked in Late , was expecting to quickly rest . However to my surprise I was given a smoking room on a smoking floor without checking with me . I was extremely exhausted to even have them get me a different room but I would rather go stay at a different hotel next time for sure.

amazing service and got an upgrade to Presidential Suite , which is fabulous. Breakfast spread is great

We stayed for two nights in the Executive Suite. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Koregaon Park. The property is quite old and really needs renovation. It still carries a bit of old-world charm in the rooms and lobby, but compared to modern hotels, it starts to feel dated quickly. Amenities are decent, and the service staff—from the front desk to housekeeping and F&B—are exceptionally well-trained, truly living up to Taj standards. The breakfast, however, is quite limited and not what you’d expect from a hotel in this category. Overall, while the location and staff make the stay pleasant, I’d probably choose properties like the Conrad or Hyatt next time I’m in Pune.

The stay was absolutely amazing as always. The staff is absolutely polite and helpful. It is always a recommended stay for a warm holiday.

Room service, no green tea aches, no shaving kits, the other side reception staff like Ms Sonali was too good and cooperated and helpful.

Service was courteous and prompt, but a special mention goes to Miss Saili at the front desk, whose cooperation, friendly demeanor, and professionalism greatly enhanced our overall experience. She ensured all our needs were met with efficiency and a smile, making us feel valued as guests.Hotel Blue Diamond successfully combines good food, a pleasing ambience, and attentive service to create a memorable stay. We look forward to returning and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Comfortable stay with delicious food and excellent gym. As the hotel is old, few minor upgrades to infra will take this good hotel to greater heights. On overall basis, enjoyed our stay in this property located in prime area of Pune.

It was a very nice experience at Blue Diamond - IHCL SeleQtions, Pune. The staff is quite helpful, checkin experience was very quick and nice. Rooms were clean. Nice spread at Breakfast and we were well looked after. Overall a very good experience.

Hotel was good and executive suite room was also spacious but the property needs overhauling to match Taj brand. Food and drinks were also good but overpriced looking to the property. Overall had a pleasant stay as the location is very good so also the hospitality extended by the staff.

The staff was nice but the property is old. Nothing great about the rooms etc. they didn’t have earl grey tea. Nothing special.
