I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Despite multiple requests, I didn't receive hot water for shower, luggage service was unavailable, and the food was overpriced. Unfortunately, no one apologized or offered a solution. I feel the experience wasn't worth the money.

Pleasant Stay, close to Exports centre. Quick checkin, nice big room, comfortable bed with branded toiletries. However, due to incessant rains, the approach road was a bit damaged. Limited options in Breakfast. The food was good. Will stay again for sure.

Nice hotel, clean rooms and excellent service. The staff were very soft spoken and helpful, and surprisingly, the in-house restaurant was even better than many a restaurants than one would find outside as the food was freshly made. More than satisfied.
