Worst ambiance of the rooms, unhygienic, smelling , unabled to stay

We had a very satisfying experience overall. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, and our host was extremely courteous and welcoming. We would definitely consider visiting again in the future.

1, swimming pool not available 2, no bathroom accessories 3, no drinking water 4, no kettle for making tea

The service of this hotel was very bad, all the taps in the bathroom were leaking, the matres were not clean. The aprtment had a gas stove but no cylinder. To make matters worse, we were asleep when they sent a plumber at 11pm.

We a group of 3 friends stayed in this property. The manager ajay called for a pickup from dabolim airport for a price of rs 2000 as pickup time was 2045 hrs. The vehicle he brought for pickup was like hell. Full of dust inside and outside. The room was as pathetic as the vehicle. Too old property. Rusty bathroom, kitchen turned to a be a storeroom full of unused furniture. Mattress was too hard. They provide only two towels for 4 nights stay for 3 persons. Only one day they clean the room that to we have asked many times. Mm t must duelist these kind of property to maintain the credibility.

The hotel is below average with high pricing and hotel owner is asking for full payment for late checkout i have never seen such a hotel with late checkout charges total 100. The pictures shown as clean and good but its very dirty with no hot water and electricity.

The behaviour of concerned person is very good and cooperative. Neat and clean swimming pool and room, parking ac all good thank you

Location wise is good, mr. Rajeev is very helpful. Good space in room, but more for cleanliness is required.

We stayed 4 nights here. Pros: 1. A clean swimming pool 2. Apart from the wooden double bed there is one sofa cum bed to accommodate an additional person. 3. Working ac, tv, fan 4. Kitchenette cons: 1. Gas charges additional, rs 100 per day. 2. The refrigerator was not working. 3. Owner not around he manages property remotely resulting delays in service. 4. No daily cleaning, it is once in 3 days. 5. You need to ask for everything like towels, cleaning, bedsheet change. 6. No wardrobe. 7. Fan regulator not working. 8. No proper place to dry clothes. 9. No bathing cleaning soap.

Service is not good, and no one is present at hotel for give helping nature water heater is not good. No facilities

I had a very bad experience in blue flamingo osborne. When we reached nobody was there to take us to room even i have to open the door he told us password of lock by phone. No house keeping no more cleanliness according to mr rajeev(manager) he said for daily cleaning you need to tell us if u want to get your room cleaned. On the 1st day itself the bed was broken i called him in morning to get it fixed he said it will get done in afternoon till u return to room, but we reached at 8pm still nobody had came there. Again i have to call him to remind it. While booking on make my trip i had read all the term in which they have returned that all aminites are free including swimming pool but mr. Rajeev said you have to pay rs 200- person if you use pool. I am surprised how make my trip also trust such kind of person and making there spooling there name too. Not even small stool for bath i told him to provide as we have kids with us to bath but didnt provided. Worst experience in my life.
