Spacious and clean place

As shown in the pictures, right inside decon valley. The place is very clean and very spacious with all the necessary amenities. Would highly recommend the place!

Spacious apartment but lacking cleanliness

We really like the space provided in this apartment along with requests that were attended to by the caretaker. However, there was lack of cleanliness and hygiene, especially in the washroom where the commode wasn't clean. Also there are drainage issues due to which there is always a bad smell in the washroom. Secondly, we found insects in the bedroom and the bed was not cleaned properly. We had to clean it ourselves before sleeping. Due to the lack of housekeeping, am giving this rating.

While checking in, the caretaker has shown you the whole house it was cleaned . Still if any cleaning issue was there - as you said the caretaker attended the request, he will definitely respond to the cleaning aspect as well - it's his job . Still would look into it as mostly all guest praises for the neat & clean property in reviews.

Nice cozy stay, beautiful apartment

businessKunal's place is very nicely done, well equipped with all modern amenities, safe and comfortable. The apartment has ample parking and is situated very near to lots of cafes and restaurants. Caretaker is good and prompt. Only thing you need to be mindful is that the last mile connectivity to the apartment from all the cafes and main road is not easy to access on foot due to a short but steep climb and broken road. Specially if you are with elderly. Though you do easily get autos and cabs who will drop you at the doorstep of apartment. All in all, wonderful stay.

Thank you kunal. The steep is something upper tapovan is geographically planned. Still ours is aking the very few places where car/ vehicle goes straight to apartment & parking is also provided in premises. Glad you liked the place. Be my guest anytime

Hi let us know the cons. Many pros doesn’t deserve a 3 star specially after accommodating guest & bearing loss just so that guest should not suffer - when there is a glitch from ingommt site.

The stay was good but i would like to suggest the host to delete rooftop pictures as we were not allowed to go up there! you can't share pictures of the place you're not allowed to go to! we booked this place keeping in mind that the rooftop is provided where you're actually not allowed to go to! sad!

This is modern living concept. Brand new, fully furnished 1 bhk service apartment. Good location, easily approachable from the highway. All the amenities, shops, cafes are nearby. Great for a small family.
