The washroom was not good, there was no proper privacy, and even after requesting, they did not change the room said that all room is accupied.

Ac and some of the power plugs were not working.. water bottles were charged double the mrp.. food of the resturant was overcharged than that was available at the room from the same resturant area..some of the services rendered for free initially were charged afterwards to which there was a conversation afterwards.

I have rated my stay at your hotel 3 stars. The cleaning was average, the washroom was not clean, and basic amenities like toothbrush and shaving kit were missing. I also faced 4-5 errors with the biometric card. Curtains, blankets, and bedsheets were not up to the mark. However, the food was good. My stay was only for one night with evening check-in.

I was quite disappointed with my recent stay. The rooms were not clean, and the washroom was in poor condition. The service was below expectations, with slow response times and lack of attention to detail. Additionally, the food quality was poor and did not meet basic standards. Overall, the experience was not satisfactory and needs significant improvement.

Our stay at this resort was truly wonderful. The atmosphere was peaceful and romantic, perfect for couples. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. A perfect getaway for couples who want both privacy and comfort. ❤️🌿

They don’t clean rooms. The condition of rooms is pathetic. No towels. The show Lee and bathroom fixtures have very slow water flow. Staff have no clue

I had a great 2-day stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. The location was convenient, and overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

Wifi was not working, water flow on the shower was so less that if someone even wants to wash their face, it will take at least 15-20 minutes, room light was so dim and inconsistent that it feels very gloomy and not at all a good vibe, the sofa was dirty, bed linens were dirty over all very bad experience

Service and Staff Behaviour was Very Bad . My experience was disappointed and I would not recommend this Hotel to others at any cost 😞😞
