Blue Ocean Resort

As you all know- Havelock Island is like the cherry at the top when it comes to Andaman and so is Radha Nagar beach. Millions throng this beach which is touted to be the most beautiful beach in Asia! I still can’t forget those white sand. About the Blue Ocean Resort: The staff was really courteous. Manager helped us and escorted us to a dive center where we did the scuba activity at half price. The food was really nice. We had breakfast and dinner as during the daytime we were mostly outside. Even if you are going with family or friends or as a couple even, the place is awesome. May I inform you that they are building cottages now. You know what’s the USP- it’s very near to Radha Nagar beach (approx 200 metres). The Blue Ocean Resort manager’s name is Mama. My verdict is- if you are going to Havelock which off course you will, be at Mama’s place.

Located few hundred meters from Radha Nagar Beach, this Blue Ocean Resort is well suited for quick drop in to the Radha Nagar Beach. I was given well maintained rooms with clean sheets with running (hot) water. So the stay was quite pleasant. Probably because it's off season, I was enjoying the luxury of isolation and care takers became quite friendly and even shared their Wi-fi temporarily, so I could update my status to my folks back home. But otherwise, there is absolutely no network coverage there. (or in most places in Havelock). Got a humble poori bhaji as breakfast with a cup of tea. Which was quite decent. I asked for an additional cup of tea, which they obliged but charged me for it.

Its a very nice Blue Ocean Resort.. Its just the location which is not so good. It is far from the beach and secluded area. Otherwise the room is clean and full value for money. The service is also good. If you go there make sure you hire a scooter for your convenience. The food is also very nice. The breakfast the provided was complimentary. Loved the breakfast. If you want to eat in good restaurant you have to travel about eight kilometers. So get that scooty. If you want to stay near the beach, there are.

Hotel is located near bus stand you can easily go there through bus without wasting much money Blue Ocean Resort staff Mr. Mama is very helpful and cooperative, guide you for your trip he arranged everything for us like hiring scooty and scuba diving and all. His behavior is really nice. Food quality was also so good. I must recommend to stay there and it is so near to Radha Nagar beach, walking distance only 6 to 7 mins. Overall very nice experience.

What a stay. The manager, fondly called as Mama, is a one man show. He can arrange, mobilize, guide and give you valuable tips while you stay at the Blue Ocean Resort. Hotel is the closest to the Radha Nagar Beach. The rooms are big and spacious and well furnished. The bathroom and toilets are clean and the fitting is of high quality. This beach is the only beach in Havelock where you can take a swim.

The Blue Ocean Resort is very close to fav. Radhanagar beach, 2 min walking. Behavior of Blue Ocean Resort staffs are good and helpful. They suggested many things. Dinning facilities are available. Only thing is that you need to inform them in advance. Home cooked like. Would recommend to all. A scooter rent shop is also adjacent, some amount 24h with 1 lit. Petrol.

However the property is located near the radhanagar beach and one can have the opportunity to explore and dip in to the empty beach before the tourists start flocking for the sunset. Good rooms and clean toilets, the food was also good

The Blue Ocean Resort is located very close to Radhakrishna Beach, the most beautiful beach on Havelock Island.

Property and rooms are new and well maintained, staff is very humble and helpful. Food quality is quite good seeing other restaurants and Blue Ocean Resorts nearby which was a relief during stay.

Good location, nearer to famous Beach

Spacious property with big ground in front. Spacious room with all the amenities. Only lacking in food taste. Otherwise good property to stay in.

Very near to Radhanagar beach. 5 minutes walk. Bit difficult to find due to missing boards on road. Food variety and quality should be improved owing to rate and vicinity to Radhanagar beach. Overall a good 2day stay.

Peaceful environment, looked like living in a jungle. Radhanagar Beach at a walking distance of 10 minutes is an additional feature.

Helpful housekeeping to guide travel. Excellent breakfast. Hotel near Radha nagar beach. Room very clean. Bed so so excellent. Staff is excellent behaviour.
