The property is not worth the price. Rooms need to be upgraded as per the price. No room service. Food quality also needs to be upgraded.

Location of the property is excellent. But the resort needs urgent overall renovation especially the toilets and its doors. Food is very average if compared to the tariffs. Staff is cooperative and courteous. Overall my stay was below my expectations.

location was great and very near to the beach. Stay was good. food service need to be fast as it took almost 30 min each time I ordered something.

Property is , Service is really nice, Staff from reception, restaurant, house keeping, watchman everyone has a lot of courtesy. pros: peaceful, big property, waterpark, ambience cons: Average food, no kids play area (sliding, swings etc), old property so chaukhat damaged, bathroom average, yellowing tiles, damaged wooden work. Beach sittings can be more developed with swings, little weed killers to be used to kill bushes and have mosquito free enjoyment in beach site restaurant.

Property is awesome but I have some points to raise 1. Food quality can be improved if not stick to basics, something was missing 2. First Aid - a simple supplement for headache was not available and I was required to drive to nearby village to get the same. 3. Consideration for food to serve at room 4. Beach side property is beautiful

This is one of the expensive properties of Ganpatipule, but experience wise most terrible. I have stayed in other properties of Ganpatipule in past being a frequent traveler there, but by far this has been the worst property ever experienced. 1. Rooms are very old and less maintained. All the wooden doors and other furniture is worn off and damaged. Furniture has stains all over. A pungent smell prevails in all rooms. 2. Washrooms are poorly maintained. Being per night property, one expects a clean washroom at least. But the washrooms are not that cleaned with dirty stains all over. 3. Location is bit far from the main temple (around 5 kms). You can get many good properties near temple itself. 4. Restaurant is pathetic. Cutleries and tables are not clean. We went there for dinner and ordered food. We were made to wait for 1 hr and then served with wrong food which we didn't order. On complaining, the staff just kept on smiling and there were no apologies at all. We cancelled the entire order and went outside to have our dinner. Overall experience was bad. Please choose other properties which come at much lower rate than this pathetic one.

experienced problems with internet access due to no mobile network coverage at the property and a non-functional Wi-Fi connection. ​Quality of stay itself was decent. Kids pool was under maintainence which was a big disappointment

The resort is over priced. Room are OK but the breakfast have very limited option. If we check stay at same star resorts you will find very much best stay ,facility ,breakfast, secondly the check out don't have any time fkexibilty. acroos India we stued at many 4 syar and 5 star resirts bit they are very much flexible.But regarding this reosrt we were upset.

We were here for a night stay. Earlier we were given the room of the ground floor and later when we requested they shifted us on the 1st floor. Friendly staff and very cooperative.

This is a very good beach front property. They have small water park and swimming pool inside. Breakfast was also very good with variety of spread. overall great experience.

Room was in pathetic shape & not maintained properly. Broken furniture, Bad fan, Broken Lamp. Very bad bathroom shower
