Our propery spread over more than 3000 sq mtr with 12 independent 2bhk villas thats why we need to some time to complete the food order. We are appologise for the issue you have faced but this is very rare to find insects in our villa because we give priority to provide neat, clean and well hygine stay to our guests. Our villa situated at above 5000 feet among-st lush green hills so ac is not required in summers as it is a hill station. We obliged to host you as our guest please do refer us to your family and friends. We are willing to serve you again if you vista lansdowne in future.

Dear ajay kumar nama, thank you for your feedback. We are appologies if we can't meet to your expectation, for food we have wide option of both veg and non veg menu which you can order on la carte. We agreed that june 2022 is hotter cam-pared to rest year but average temprature remained between 19 to 28 degree during peak summer in afternoon which is quiet acceptable for hill station, morning and evening temperature still plea-sent in any summer month but thank you for your valuable concern. We would like to host you again for your future vist in lansdowne
