Not good service and room condition is not good not to much noise no room service over all not up to the mark

Service and cooperation from hotel management wasn't good

The pics of the hotel were old. There was no parking available.

Good hotel trevler to kedharnath temple, all amenities nearby places, tracking point only around 2km, luggage bags locker room nearby places

Rooms were not at all worth the price they quote. Just basic things were available in the room. Flush wasnt working. Staff n the manager not much cooperative. They just provide you with room that is available n not as per shown in the photo. Overall very average stay. Wasnt happy at all. No proper locks for the door. They say there is availability of hot water. But geysers dont work properly. We had a stay for 2 nights. But were so unhappy with the stay that we were just there for a night n checked out early. U can find much better stays. In nearly 500m ahead this hotel. Not recommended at all.

Room is average, hotel staff is good and supportive but as per rate there is no much facilities in the room.

No hospitality, extreme dirty, no soaps, no geyser provided.

Room was very basic as compared to charges. After making complain to mmt, they provided doormat, sleeper and towels. However, it seems the rooms were under construction. There was no glass cover to windows and whole night, we could hear the sound of people talking in lobby. It was a nightmare.

This was terrible property offered by you which had no facility. There was no Manager who responsible to do anything. Waited for light two hours then moved away.

Booking was done before 2-3 weeks with advance payment, then also they provide only available room with no geyser saying other rooms are occupied. What's the advantage of advance booking mmt?
