Overall satisfied though there were few misses here and there. Like a/c has some sort of auto cut off function which doesn't let us adjust temperature as per our preference it takes a lot of time for hot water to start flowing which wastes a lot of water and time a copy of the bill for ird services aren't provided. That should be given while serving. If this is a environment friendly approach then great but a digital form should be provided in a tab maybe for the guest to review n acknowledge

Had a wonderful stay. Calm, clean place. Spacious room. Very clean room & toilet with toiletries. Good service. Breakfast can be improved. Meals was not at all hot though we had it before 1 pm. But overall it was a nice stay, away from town. Recommended to families for quality time. Staff very cordial & helpful. Views from room

Very spacious and comfortable rooms, quite well maintained, with courteous staffs as well. Very exciting location with the backwaters and the boating service offered. The ala carta breakfast in the morning was not something expected, but the food is good and the room service provided was excellent. Overall good experience

Very calm and beautiful area with river on back side. Property is well maintained and staffs behaved friendly. Restaurant food was good and children liked them very much. Pool and play area is available for everyone to spend some time. We also enjoyed speed boat ride through the river for 30min

The resort location was perfect with a lake view and a very pleasant resort with a good atmosphere and food. Worth the money spent in this resort. The general manager was so friendly and welcoming. He made us feel like a valued guest from the moment we arrived.

Had a pleasant stay. Room was so spacious. They have a good pool. Restaurant serves decent food. But the complementary breakfast spread could have been better. Overall a recommended stay if you want to go to guruvayoor but stay away from all the temple hustle.

Excellent property, good food, well behaved staff. Children and the whole family enjoyed the boat ride( house boat )

Nice location, spacious and well maintained rooms, excellent staff in all departments, kids friendly. Breakfast spread was bit thin for my liking but won’t hold it as a negative.

Great location, awesome food, cordial staff and quality service. Swimming pool, kids play area and garden are good. Boat service also there.

Location behind the Blue Serene Resorts is awesome but little inside from the main but the room was good. Food also awesome

One day stay for a business meet. Food was excellent. The resort has lot of potential by adding more games. For kids and family less activities

We came for child b'day celebration and for guruvayur temple, Blue Serene Resorts staffs madhu and vinod were very helpful and courteous in arranging transport and other services. Will visit again
