It was a pleasant stay there..located near back water feel amazing. Food also very nice. Staff are very friendly

The property is located ideally near backwaters that look virgin and quite unexplored. The staff is courteous, food excellent and the ambience is amazing. A house boat ride is certainly more worthy than similar ones in crowded Kumaragom or Alleppey.

stay was good. location and aminities excellent. food too. front office staff needs better communication skills so as to make the customers feel that they are a wanted people and that there are part of the business which helps the business flourish I have already given the above details.

we stayed in executive suite. very spacious and clean room. room service is good. there is a backwater with boats available. nice ambience. food is ok. it's worth for money

Resort was excellent, food quality was also good. 1st night we did Guruvayur Temple visit and 2nd day we have taken a house boat trip. Trip was excellent, houseboat technicians Verghese & Verghese were very good and explained everything about the locality with a smiling face. But last night experience was not good -- sad period started. There was a continuous sound from above floor, immediately called reception but they said there are only 2 family in the hotel . But there was no change on sound it was a continuous sound of playing, possibly people were doing some rehearsal for Onam or there may be something else. Finally at the time of checkout I called somebody to help to checkout luggage’s but no one had came and lift was also stuck, all the way we had to carry our own luggage’s from staircase till cab. Actually in the reception everyone was busy with Onam related decorations. So be careful to visit during Onam time. That’s the reason it’s a sad ending.

The resort is situated near the Enamavu kayal. Plenty of space with lot of active aeas including swimming pool, games, house boat etc.. Well appreciable service. 🥰

Room is very good, but they Haven't cleaned it, and it has so many Hairs while we enter the room. No Pool is available, but they Lied that Pool is available when we called them to check amenities before booking. Restroom has Smoking smell, and we called the reception twice to sanitize but they came at night. We have a kid, and we couldn't able to take him inside the restroom until then. Room has power fluctuations and there was No Power for 5 times during the night, So No AC, No Fan. And on Check all above points on reception they provided boating as complementary.

Pleasant stay. Nice experience. Loved the place. Good ambience.really enjoyed a lot. Will plan for next stay.

we had booked a suite room, the bathroom door was not closing properly but attended to by hotel staff immediately, it was raining most of the time so kids couldn't use kids play area which was drenched. spa was under maintenance so not working, there was a/c problem no cooling for couple of hours got turned off spontaneously, the could have provided ceiling fan for the rooms food was ok breakfast buffet not great for pastry they have kept readymade cupcakes only

excellent stay! very nice clean spacious property. staffs are very polite with remarkable behaviour.very friendly. food was okay not bad.. breakfast was tasty. would surely recommend to everyone!.

Was not terrible is the only good thing about it. Booked 2 rooms. Check in was delayed and one of the rooms cleaning was still going on when they gave the key. Food was inconsistent... Some were good. Spa services were not available at all. Swimming pool was good. Overall a very unremarkable experience.

Dining experience was below average. On the night of our stay, there was a seafood fest, so they asked to take buffet service. When we expressed our interest to try their regular menu, they told it will take more time for preparation. Morning at 6.30 when i asked milk for my toddler , they told the restaurant will open only at 8, there is no food till the

Blue serene resort has a good ambience and it is located at a peaceful place where there is no traffic or disturbances. We have experienced a nice stay with a blue serene resort, and especially their restaurant food's taste was awesome and breakfast was also too good. There is no puttu appam which we expected in the breakfast menu but it is not available on Sunday morning. Only disappointment. Will give 5 star for the stay and the food.

Pool was not all clean. When the residents complained they cleaned it.

Had terrible experience with this resort. On arrival at the resort we did not receive any formal introduction about the facilities available in this resort and not any welcome drink also. Everyday there will be no hot water available. We have to call the reception to raise the complain. Then only they will switch on hot water circulation pump and the heaters. Breakfast options were very limited and got hair strands in the dosa. Tea and coffe were kept in the thermal flask and all were cold. We had a 30 min complementary water sport in our booking through make my trip. Personals in the reception said it's only for pedal boats. All the slots were booked and we did not get the boat as it needs to be pre-booked once arrived at the hotel. These things were never informed to us on arrival at the resort. Water in the swimming pool was also not properly maintained. I seen lot of insects in the water which is not good for kids to play in the water. Pool for the kids section was made with tiles which had sharp edges and my kids foot got a cut while trying to swim. Only good part in this resort is rooms are very spacious and well built. All in all this resort is the most worst experience i ever had in my travel-ling life.

The resort location was perfect with a lake view and a very pleasant resort with a good atmosphere and food. Worth the money spent in this resort. The general manager was so friendly and welcoming. He made us feel like a valued guest from the moment we arrived.

Excellent property, good food, well behaved staff. Children and the whole family enjoyed the boat ride( house boat )

We came for child b'day celebration and for guruvayur temple, hotel staffs madhu and vinod were very helpful and courteous in arranging transport and other services. Will visit again

It was an average hotel away from guruvayoor temple almost 13km. The flexibility of the staff is moderate. Cleanliness was average. Not much in door games.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms, quite well maintained, with courteous staffs as well. Very exciting location with the backwaters and the boating service offered. The ala carta breakfast in the morning was not something expected, but the food is good and the room service provided was excellent. Overall good experience
