I found the hotel through my friend. The room was clean but not properly. Ants were roaming all around the floor. We were provided with old and torn bathroom towels. In amenities we got wifi only. No breakfast. There was a railway track behind so noise was coming when the train was passing. The room was spacious. There was. a balcony also.

checked in at 2am and had a meeting to attend in the morning. on enquiry, was told that i need to check out at 11 am. politely requested the staff to extend it for just one hour, but the guy was so rude for reasons unknown. it was as if i asked for the moon. sometimes you simply cannot understand the behavior. not sure, such unfriendly entity. pathetic stay, overall. will never go back again.

Had a wonderful stay at Blue Spring Hotel! The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. The food was delicious with great variety. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Highly recommend and would love to visit again!

My brother and I stayed there last night. We had a most uncomfortable stay experience. The bed, pillows, bedsheet and blanket were terrible. It seems like they never clean them. There were no towels provided. They gave us two half litre water bottles and two medimix soaps.

The hotel is ideally located alongside two premium hotels. So it us more options to choose from from the same location. Hotel is neat and clean. Needs to keep the lights on after 10 pm also as i had to enter the hotel in darkness and wale up the people. Otherwise no issues with the hotel.

This hotel is not maintained, no toiletries in the bathroom, bathroom fittings coming out, ac not colling, fans making sound, found cockroaches, cups and glasses not washed routinely.
