The Property is beach front located. Perfect location and rooms were neat and tidy. People are very humble and helpful. The property manager was very helpful. Will help you to book the activity and other things at reasonable rates.

After paying five thousand, no hot water for bathing, bathroom was sinking, in-house restaurant food was not good.

The room was well maintained and very close to beach! Love its ambience and the friendly nature of the staff

Property rate is high. Already i booked for 2 nights by paying I booked for 2 adults and 1 kid who is 12 years old through make my trip They asked for paying extra for the kid after boarding there in the hotel itself you can’t change the place also. I am very much disappointed Property is good but it does not worth In this budget you will get luxury hotel in Varkala. If your intention is to view the sea from the property, then you must visit this place. People of this property are very helpful. But cost wise i feel it’s too much. please note that I paid more for 2 nights there in average cottage without any complementary breakfast.

The property's location is superb, right in front of the sea. However, the room was very average—quite small with just a queen-size bed. We were disappointed that basic amenities like a kettle, dental kit, and shaving kit were not provided. On a positive note, the food was good. This place is okay if location is your only priority.

Not worth for money there is one dangerous dog please be careful children’s and senior citizens the dog bite me the resort will not take any action to that I’m very upset in this trip

Over all the resort is good looking but there is one dangerous dog there it’s bite my leg and suffered my trip there is no help Im getting my property I directly go out and auto and go to the hospital overall very wast experience be be careful before booking this resort me and my mom suffered very much and missed train also

I had a decent stay at Blue Water Beach Resort in Varkala. The location is beautiful, with lovely ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere and the food was good. However, there were a few issues with the room. The flush in the bathroom wasn't working properly, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the room didn't have a tooth brush and hairdryer as mentioned in the amenities, which was a bit disappointing. To top it off, we had to wait for about 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned, which was very annoying. The delay and minor issues took a toll on an otherwise pleasant stay.

The place was very beautiful But they was no proper hosting from the resort at a complimentary breakfast or atlest tea/coffee form resort apart from that place was very clean Only the restaurant at lot bees It’s must visit place over all the Amazing place

The location is spot on, the beach was just next to the resort and the cafe was looking at the sea, the atmosphere was tranquil, staff was polite and food served was also delicious. This place is close to the North cliff where you get find lots of shops, cafe’s and food. The weather was good with little rain but overall not hot, definitely recommended!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. All the staff members were always helpful and served with a big smile on their face. Food is decent and child friendly as well. Close to the beach. Would definitely recommend for families as well.

Initially I was about this resort because of few negative reviews. But I would say things will work out if you are being polite and maintain mutual respect. My stay at this resort was the only memorable one in Varkala. Staff at this hotel are very polite and supportive. Of course a bit expensive restaurant they have. Sea view from this resort was amazing and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this resort.

The location is very good. Sea View Cottage (Cottage No. 110) is fabulous. It is very close to the sea. Sea roars are clearly audible. The food is very tasty. The staff and Management are very good. We enjoyed it a lot.

The property is not at all maintained. Rooms have foul smell, Linens are ages old and not cleaned properly (looks pale yellow), wooden walls have termite crumbling dry wood over our suitcase. With these issues, the missing TV in our room doesn't count. We stayed overnight but decided to leave morning earliest possible. Not at all worth.

Booked standard sea facing room for 2 nights. overall the property is nice and walkable to the cliff market. Though no complains on the property but the sea facing room is bit old and needs maintenance, the cottages are recommended. The food was good.

An amazing experience was provided by the staff of Blue Water Resort especially Sooraj at the Room Service will always serve you with a smile. The property is clean and next to the beach. The entire staff including the Manager at the Reception and front office staff are cordial, very co-operative. They had cleaned my room at 11.30pm in the night as well as the keys were not left with them.. And all done with a smile and no complaint... Food is good and the restaurant gives a full view of the beach... You can sit and enjoy your moments at the restaurant for hours to follow.. In a nutshell a good property close to the Market, Railway Station, Beach, Cliff and other properties which serve a day long activities like The Green Tsavorite Farms....

not worth the money. unhygienic toilet no breakfast worst towel. old rooms not maintained completely disappointed too much costly for this room. view is good, hospitality good. but not for this cost

Although the property surroundings and location is nice but the room stay wasn’t. The washroom was unclean, we even got dirty towels for use and the lightings were dim making the overall vibe dull.
