Bluivy Serviced Apartments

We checked in only for a night as stop over. Being inside the city, this was a terrible stay I must say. Even highway side hotels are better than this. First of all, we were told King Size bed, but given Queen size. shouldn’t have suggested us this place since I had clearly mentioned 2adults and 1 child (12 years old). So next we asked for extra mattress which was not given. We even offered to pay extra but were denied saying we don’t have the facility of an extra mattress. Then why do you book 3 people in a single room ? The room size was as small as a toilet. The biggest problem was there was no fan in the room. And there was no window in the room. No fresh air and the room smelled terrible.. No basic handwash/soap in the bathroom. No tea/coffee with the breakfast that was charged to us with the room. The receptionist was rude enough to say “not available” for everything we asked for. All in all, the worst stay of my life.

Water for using in bathroom was full of dust and mud through put the day and night ..even after frequent request they have not found any solution.. i have to call every time to know this and till i check out they have not found solution ..they don’t provide even iron box to guest ..

There is no windows in the room.so no fresh air. it's a big drawback. No fan. you need to run the AC whole night. this is the only major issue

in bluIvy stay,rooms seems to be smelly, no hot water,air conditioner broken, asked for king size bed....bedding not comfy....overall terrible stay....gone out with in 6hrs of stay

I booked for a king size bed but instead I got a twin individual bed and the bed sheets were not clean due to that now I am getting rashes.

They changed room to some other location and gave a very shabby room which was filled with rain water.

located at a good & decent Area with access to restaurants & shopping. property maintenance has not been maintained.

The room didn’t have fan, very smelly, the bathroom smelly, lack of cleanness. No purify water provide. Room lights are very dimmed.

I wasn't satisfied with the service. there was not service at all. No parking was available even for bike. we asked towel no response for it.

Untidy rooms and toilets. Stains on bedsheet s. Water leaking from taps of basins. Shower not working properly

They have good service and neat clean and calm atmosphere good room. And the service was very nice

Everything was good, there was no in house kitchen so food should be bought outside & peaceful location

Got to know thru mm t only. We booked this property for our family stay. A decent and cost-effective stay. They won't arrange food, we need to take care outside. Otherwise property ambience is neat

In this bluivy service apartment, smell is bad, insects from many places around room and bathroom, cleaned but not maintain properly, no fan only ac in the all room, no lift facilities, non responsing night shift staff, they don’t provide the kettle for drinking hot water. For bath there is no hot water, totally waste for money

Hotel is maintained well and customer service is good, hotel booking also very easy with makemytrip, satisfied stay overall.

I have booked superior king bed ac but in that ac was not working so they have give some single coat bed although it was disappointing me and they don’t have tea or coffee facilities it totally waste washroom’ was not at all good
