Blusalzz Escapade Lansdowne

The four of us stayed at this property, selected 2 rooms terrace room and pine forest room as this was the combo suggested for 4 adults so we opt for it, the pine forest room did not have the terrace also was smaller compared to teraace room however in both the rooms the beds are smaller.... Ordered non veg biryani in lunch the chicken in the biryani was stale... Also in dinner ordered peanut masala, chilli paneer and paneer tikka nothing was good, they charge Rs175 for peanuts but the quantity was extremely less, chilli paneer wasn’t chilli at all, it was sweet as if someone put ketchup into it... the paneer tikka was worst had to throw it 445rs wasted... complementary breakfast was average also if you will go after 10:15 they will mix water in sambhar

The property is conveniently located on the roadside a few kms before lansdowne. Parking available for around 8-10 cars. Staff is very cordial & helpful. Food was great especially the garhwal mutton that was prepared fresh. I'd like to mention mr. Rizwan, the f&b manager, who was very courteous and helpful. A shout out to mr. Prince from the front desk who upgraded one of our rooms to a suite so that a senior citizen with us don't have to climb much. Everything was upto the mark. Room service was efficient. My only suggestion is to improve the maintenance of items like the outdoor sit out chairs etc.

Blusalzz escapade in lansdowne is a great place to unwind from the regular city hustle. While the staff are not 5 star trained, they were some of the most courteous and hospitable folks that i have seen yet. Surendra singh in particular was a great host ensuring we were well taken care of. Nestled in the pune wood forests, every room has a magnificent view and the rooms are comfortable for family and friends. The buffet offering when you take packages including food options, were really tasty too. Limited options to eat but great quality! kudos to the team of blusalzz escapades.

Very nice property around picturesque surroundings with a courteous and helping staff. Special mention for Mr. Rizwan, the F&B Manager & Mr. Prince, the Front Desk Executive. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite so that all of us could stay together. The food was very good especially the Garhwali Mutton which they prepared fresh. Just a small concern with the maintenance of some outdoor stuff.

The property is well located on the main roadbut away from the hustle bustle. The best part of the property is the quiet location in the nature just 20 mins from lansdowne. The staff is very courteous and well trained. The restaurant is decent. They should improve the quality of pillows in the rooms.

Had a very good stay, clean rooms, beautifully maintained property. Food was very good, room service takes a little time. The hike up the property from reception & restaurant, for reaching rooms, might be difficult for senior people. If that’s not a problem, totally recommend this resort.

Perfect stay for family/couple. The resort was secluded with utmost serenity. Could se sunrise sunset from the resort and enjoy the forest view. Food was delicious, though a little variety but great in taste. The manager was super humble and staff was also nice

The stay was very nice & pleasant. The location of the property is good. Shubham & Akram helped us a lot. All in All great hospitality.

Fantastic location, surrounded by tall trees, good food, clean rooms, well maintained property & welcoming staff. Room service takes time and reaching the room takes a little hiking up the steps.

The staff is well behaved and view from 102 is awesome and food is good but but needs to be improved else everything is good. It has a nice view and deep silence which is very good

Amazing stay, staff is wonderful and polite. The forest cottage vibe is next level, if you are looking for serenity, this is the place to be in.
