BNGV Mystic Premier

The property is very good, the staff is amazing. Everything is great. Loved the stay. The only thing i didn't like about the place is the restaurant, i had an issue about the bill twice, they kept me waiting for 30 minutes there which i didn't like. The food is also okay okay, the menu is very basic. About the breakfast, they mostly serve south indian breakfast but again the staff members are amazing, very polite and helpful. The staff on reception are really great. Last but not the least, about the property facilities; you will find so many things there- from pool to tennis court to gym, billiards, so many things are there. Rooms are really nice, wellness centre is there. Everything is great. Will give 4. 5 stars out of 5. Would have been 5 if i didn't have a bad experience with the restaurant.

Rooms are nice if you are a vegetarian than food choice are limited and don't expect good room service after 6pm and over all rooms are good and in new wing much better than old over all good in price and stay but room service and food service not on time you have to call and remind again and again less staff for room. Service and room cleaning the plus point is can use swimming pool and gym which are well maintained and come with no extra cost and can do yoga class too at nominal price so all these benefit come along

We stayed here for 2 nights 3 days and must say all the staff were very hospitable. Big size room, tasty food, great pool side view, big balcony. We must acknowledge that they allowed us for early check-in and before check out time. And location wise very peace and calm area. Only point we like to highlight. Don't book any cab through them as it might have multiple hidden charges. We book cab through BNGV Mystic Premier to mysore and at the time of drop we have been told agent fees to provide 500- more and so.

I recently stayed at mystic premier for three days and had an exceptional experience. The staff, particularly hakim alli, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment i arrived, i felt welcomed and well taken care of. The BNGV Mystic Premier amenities were top-notch, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend mystic premier to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

It is located in a nice quiet place. The ambience is good. Access to club facilities like gym and swimming pool is an advantage. Service in the deluxe wing can be improved. The tv channel feedback was given at the reception, however during my whole stay it did not get resolved. Overall it's value for money and most importantly it's centrally located with easy access and ample modes of transport.

Location is off beat and is not so easily accessible by public transport, even ride hailing is tough. Built within a club there is huge amount of open spaces. Lack of services at odd hours is a letdown. If you are looking for a room this is the place to be. Off beat it’s literally with no crowds and laid back. The good part you can access all club facilities which overcomes any shortcomings

The stay was good. I really liked how you guys made the stay easy to access but the rooms i would say for the amount i paid i felt like it could be even more modern and grand the one thing that i did not like was the shower was not working except for that the room a spacious as it was clean. The bed was good and-overall i had a very good experience.

Room service is mediocre, as it is outsourced. Rooms in the old building are overall fine. Although the stay includes access to the pool, there is limited access due to it being used as a club pool. Management definitely needs to have exclusive timings for BNGV Mystic Premier guests. It's not too much to as for, as the general amenities are average.

the ambience of the BNGV Mystic Premier is really nice!! the rooms are spacious.. spacious washrooms.. beds are comfortable.. although didn’t get to use the pool as we had come on a monday.. but enjoyed our overall stay.

Felt good with no disturbance, peaceful place

A very quiet secluded and pleasant place to stay. A home away from home. Excellent room service, very courteous and helpful staff and personnel. A large green space and kids corner sums up the ambience aspect. Stayed for 3 days with spouse, daughter and 4 year grandson, and he enjoyed the most. Thank you very much bngv club !

The rooms are beautiful and the BNGV Mystic Premier is great but the service is not good. The key cards don't work at times and the room service is very slow and at times they forget to fulfill your requests.
