good hotel and restaurant 's food was nice the room was clean and nice staff behaviour was respectful and responsible.

no washroom slipar no iron while MMT mentioned iron included in suits room never prefer MMT nor Bobina

Bearkfast is not good room was not good .

Property was average, no hot water available poor arrangement, food and service was average

Construction work is going on. Whole night couldn’t sleep because of noise. No hot water in the bathroom. Horrible stay

Really really really bad. It was raining outside, but the water was seeping in from everywhere. The place was stinky. Intercom was not working. Everything was terrible.

Guard is arguing that no parking is available, same is provided after complaining to reception. Broken TV remove, broken extra bed, fridge not working, complimentary water bottle on second complaint

Room and bathroom were good. All staffs were very friendly and polite. Amenities were fully functional and in good condition

Tried to double -charge for dinner for which i had prepaid at the time of booking itself.

Hotel staff is good. But hotel main focus is on arranging marriage ceremony. Customer who are there for 2-3 days have to face lot of inconvenience due to loud sound. 8 stayed there for 3 nights. One whole night i could not sleep because whole night some construction work was going on. I complained to staff but it continued whole night. Food is average.

Everything was good. The building was good, the room was small but clean. so overall a good option for stay.

Hotel seems good on pictures, but but actual stuff provided like mattresses, sop quality room quality is not good. You can find cockroaches lizard, mosquito everywhere. They give hot water in bucket, If you ask them. Only thing good about is that their ground staff is quick to respond. Breakfast qualities also not good, though they give various options. Swimming pool is not working, though they advertise it as a selling point.

At the time of checking they take half an hour to confirm that, I have booking or not. also they have not given Deluxe room.
