Boho Grove Cafe and Stay

I recently stayed at this charming homestay near Banjar in Tirthan Valley with my wife and child, and it turned out to be the perfect getaway we were looking for. Our hosts, Akanksha and Akhilesh, welcomed us with such warmth that we instantly felt at home. Their two dogs, Shadow and Alexa, added to the overall charm—our kid absolutely loved playing with them! The property is ideally located near the Tirthan River, and the sound of the flowing water is a constant soothing backdrop to your stay. The view from the balcony is incredible, with fruit orchards in the foreground and majestic mountains in the distance. It’s a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature. The food at the homestay is freshly cooked, and we were delighted by the generous portion sizes and the delicious flavors. Every meal felt like a comforting home-cooked treat. We spent hours lounging in the well-lit café and garden area, which is beautifully designed with a bohemian vibe. They’ve got a good collection of books and board games, making it perfect for families or groups to enjoy their time together. One of the best parts about our stay was how attentive and friendly the staff was. They were always quick to respond to any requests and were genuinely sweet throughout our stay. As for Akanksha and Akhilesh, they’re the kind of hosts who love to engage with their guests but only if you’re up for it. We enjoyed a few long, pleasant conversations with them, which really added to the experience. There are plenty of scenic spots nearby, perfect for photography and casual day trips, so you’ll never run out of things to do. Overall, this homestay is an excellent choice for anyone looking to disconnect from the hustle of city life and relax in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Man, Boho Grove Café in Tirthan Valley is just something else! The place is straight-up beautiful, surrounded by nature, and has the chillest vibe ever. From the second we got there, it felt super homely—cozy rooms, amazing views, and just a perfect spot to relax. Now, Akhilesh—this guy is a legend. Super helpful, bold, and always around to make sure everything’s smooth. Whether it’s looking after the little ones or making sure the elders are comfortable, he’s got it all covered. You can just feel that protective energy, which honestly makes the stay even better. And then there’s Akansha, who keeps everything running without a hitch. From small details to making sure we had everything we needed, she’s on top of it all. Food? 10/10. Fresh, tasty, and made with love. Whether it was the breakfast, coffee, or their local dishes—everything just hit the spot. If you’re heading to Tirthan, just book this place and thank me later. It’s not just a stay, it’s an experience. Definitely coming back!
