Bon Sejour

I am still shaking my head thinking about our stay at Bon Sejour. There was no one at the main door to open door. The receptionist was half sleeping in the lobby. She just gave us keys. No one to show us direction. We had to search and go to our room. Not at all worth the price other guests also complained the same thing. The only good thing about this Bon Sejour is its food. The chef is excellent and food is tasty. By the way please do not be late for buffet breakfast else some items might get over and they won't replenish. Shocking.

It was really nice and pleasant stay. Very nice and courteous staff. We checked out, but they allowed us to park the car in there premises, as we were planning to go for sight seeing, my daughter was all wet and full of sea sand. I requested the staff, if they can give me a room to give warm water bath to my kid, they gave me the room and didn't charge anything extra, while seeing off, they gave water bottles for our journey. It was totally out of expectation.

It's a mid sized Bon Sejour that has a restaurant in it, my stay was comfortable however minor disturbance at night as someone was slamming the door. That's the rude guests to blame not the Bon Sejour. The water heater took ages to give warm water, if your staying here turn in on hours in advance.
The pillows were comfortable, the front desk are courteous and responded well to request for additional cutlery.

My stay was comfortable here. Open place/garden in front of the Bon Sejour is good. Have sufficient parking place. Good for middle class peoples like me. Worth for my money in 2500- range and met my requirement compared to other Bon Sejours. I had food outside. So, don't know about food here. Location also fine for me as i have my car.

Room was comfortable, location was in the city, but was mediocre. Good facilities and helpful staff. The Bon Sejour was exactly as we saw in the photos. Honest work by the team. Also, was a relaxed Bon Sejour with a comfortable lawn spread.

Had a good stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is good. Rock beach is 3 km from the Bon Sejour. The Bon Sejour has a beautiful lawn. The Bon Sejour team responded very nicely.

Nice family Bon Sejour. Courteous and polite staff. Prompt service.
The room provided was actually very good. Even though it was an AC room, it had option for us to open the windows.

Food was great and entrance was super. Need use room freshener in corridor as it was not well ventilated.
View was not great as it was facing the gutter.

Hotel was awesome. Neat and clean rooms. Overall good experience.

Nice, clean Bon Sejour, but location and approach to is disappointing.

I liked my stay there. It's nearby the bus station and also to the Rock beach. Rooms are fine and also the washrooms are pretty much cleaned.

Great stay. Good lawn. Kids will enjoy.

Best Bon Sejour to stay in Pondicherry.

Enjoyed the stay. Due to off season the buffet breakfast was not available but they tried best to feel us at home.

It was too good in all respects.
