From the moment i arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and top-notch service. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect retreat after a long day. It's truly sets this Bon Willow Woods apart is the exceptional level of service. Every staff member i encountered was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions or accommodating special requests, they exceeded my expectations in every way.

Excellent Stay! I recently stayed at Bon willow woods, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern feel of the lobby.

The stay was very comfortable. And the staff is also very nice and helpful. Room service is not available. So they have to provide the room service. Property is very clean and beautiful

Hotel was clean and nice room. but I am giving 4/5 becoz the service they had provided is very slow there was less staff to manage services.

The people was so helpful and it’s my first time in j&k but i feel safe and welcoming. The room is so comfortable and relaxing and the food was good.
