Rooms were ok. Restrooms were ok, not clean as expected.Food was ok ok. Swimming pool was big and good,clean water. it's not a beach resort, we had yo walk around 400m to the beach, it was a public beach. Overall stay was ok and below average.

It was a pleasant stay and had the best hospitality. Food was great, prompt service at all times. Will highly recommend this huge property for their services

The Property is so uniquely designed.. we stayed in a Bermuda Type of room.. but the in room dining was bit pricey..Overall, the stay was so unique..

Room service was good but the amenities needs to be maintained especially the kids amenities and food price is on a very expensive end but doubtful if it is worth as the choice is very less as well. Rooms were neatly maintained.

Pros :- - The property is too good and very picturesque - Surrounded by lush green plants and trees - The swimming pool is huge & clean Cons :- - The room service is terrible. Had to call up and remind at least three times for every requirement. - High time the bathrooms are refurbished since all the accessories are too old - Food ordered for dinner for very average and could be much better in taste

1. property is good , but not great doest deserve pricing we paid .... rooms r quiet average .. staff is totally illiterate 😑 and doesn't understand one word of Hindi or English. not a very good experience small bathrooms . not luxurious place at all ... expensive restaurant .....

The room was good with very comfortable beds and the balcony was the highlight, the beach was close by and the swimming pool was really big and nice. The buffet breakfast was not upto the mark the taste was just about average , the property definitely needs an overall upgrade , not value for money and it’s far from the main part of Pondi so that’s a big issue if you don’t have your own vehicle

Food is average compare to the price paid for stay at resort, Room was good, but washroom was wet all the times, no exhaust to dry it quickly, also need to ask for bath/hand towels, floor mat/towel, etc. which should have been provided by default, no slippers were provided for washroom usage. Though Resort is beautiful, prices for food and beverages are unnecessary high..

Our stay was average in ocean spray resort. Old resort, need improvement in bath fittings, broken hand shower. Lake full of algae with bad smell. No ala carte dinning in restaurant, they serve only buffet. If want food ,you have to order in room service. That to very less vegetarian option only. Only good things is very big pool. Indoor games service closed at 6.40pm itself, after complain only they opened it till 8pm.Not worth for money you paid.

Excellent service and good maintenance. The food quality is very good. It’s a wonderful property, and the location is easy to identify.

Oceans Spray stay was good. spend a nice weekend at this property. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, many varieties and services was also excellent. Swimming Pool was well maintained. It was big and spacious. Family and kids friendly resort. Totally it was a nice experience in Oceans Spray Pondicherry.

Had a wonderful stay at Ocean Spray Beach Resort. The accommodation was comfortable and well maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Truly enjoyed the stay and would love to visit again.

I had stayed at the property during what seemed to be a very busy time with a major marriage function happening. While the atmosphere was lively, I felt the service was a bit stretched, and I often had to follow up to get my requests addressed. The room itself could have been better maintained as I experienced some issues such as an unpleasant odor, a few insects in the bathroom, and even some disturbance at night due to drilling sounds. I hope these are temporary challenges and that the property can look into them to make the stay experience more comfortable for future guests.

It is a legacy property with good amenities and facilities, but needs renovation/maintenance works in lifts and especially central AC systems.

Breakfast was not good and the location was good and the facilities were bad . No facilities and stay was terrible

The rooms were OK. The food was OK even though it was a bit expensive. Now comes my problems. 1. Was offered to look at the moon and a couple of stars through the telescope. The guy said 300. He showed us a few areas of the moon and a star. Then he says it was 300 person. When I protested, he said he will charge 500. The final bill still said 600. the additional activities 2. Ordered food at their restaurant Amber. The next day at the settlement, they charged 2.4k for the restaurant and 950+ for the separately. Be careful during final settlement. 3. the staff will keep asking you for your room number and booking name. I was asked four times over the period of my stay (1 night).
