Bonvilla Retreat with Free Pool Access

Our stay at bonville resort was a breeze. All the amenities were provided by the Bonvilla Retreat with Free Pool Access management. The rooms were very clean and hygienic especially the toilet was very clean. The food was absolutely lip smacking and you could feel that every sanitation measures were taken in preparing the food. Though one thing the Bonvilla Retreat with Free Pool Access can improve is customer needs like when we first arrived though it was already mentioned that the number of guests are 3, only a single towel was provided which was confusing and on asking for more only 1 more was provided which was again confusing because we were a party of 3 and the no of towels was 2. Apart from that the ample parking space, the fire lit at the backyard when it's very cold makes it a very fitting lodging for family without the expenses running your wallet dry. The security was also excellent and we felt no fear at night. The manager was extremely friendly and open speaking and helped us book a elephant safari from the Bonvilla Retreat with Free Pool Access itself and we did not face any problem regarding it. The entire check-in and check-out was hassle free. Though the poss machine when we were about to checkout wasn't working properly and was not accepting our card which i feel that can be improved in terms of customer needs. I would definitely like to visit next time also and see if the changes are implemented or not. Overall it was a fun stay at bonville resort. I would definitely recommend all to give a try to this resort.

Barring few hick ups at the time of check in our stay was good at boon villa retreat. The Bonvilla Retreat with Free Pool Access is undergoing renovations currently but all efforts are made that the guests have a pleasant stay. They are extending their property and in the next few months they would definitely be one of the top stays in kaziranga. We had premium rooms allocated which had good panels in the wash room. The room were spacious and everybody was new as the property was upgrading itself. Kudos to the staff as well for taking care of their guests.

We chose boon villa after careful consideration as we were traveling with a small child and we were not disappointed. The staff are polite and attentive to your needs and all arrangements including jeep safari were made on request. Food quality was good and prepared as per our desired taste. Food prices are a bit high but that was expected. Room was premium and spacious. There are couple of swings and a slide for children. Overall a very relaxed stay at boon villa retreat.

The location is very good in terms of a pleasant stay. Away from the cohora region. No nearby market. Otherwise silent area. Well decorated Bonvilla Retreat with Free Pool Access having large open areas parking facility also very large. The food was delicious especially local chicken. The room was clean well maintained. Electrical works and bathroom fittings need to be improved.

The Bon villa retreat is simple , aesthetically pleasing! With people who are genuine, kind and welcoming. The cleanliness of the place was remarkable with water and a play area in the premises! The location of the retreat is closely accessible to all possible tourist attractions!

Spacious room, courteous staff. Resort is close to the Kaziranga National Park, they do pre booking for elephant and Jeep safari on request, food is good, the only drawback is that it is not fully ready as yet so not all facilities especially indoor/outdoor games are present yet.

Very pleasant stay we had. Staff behaviour was very good and the food was good too. Location wise it is very convenient for full tour of kaziranga national park. The Bonvilla Retreat with Free Pool Access campus environment is up to the mark

Staying there was a very good experience. No issue in the room. everything was good. But food is too costly. It will be better if you bring food from outside. otherwise they will hand over a bill which may disturb your stomach and brain.😭😭

Hotel location is ok. Property is good. Main building is very good. But we stayed at new building which is still not complete so experience is bit bad

Staff was very good. Rooms were clean. Food is a bit expensive. Location is great since central range safari is just 15 mins away.
