property, although well made and maintained , severely lacks in service. it took 45 mins for them to serve us fresh lime soda at the restaurant. room service was way worse. during my stay i had multiple power cuts in my room, taking more than 20 mins to correct. overall a very bad experience.

It was incredible experience where we went on a family trip and we had senior citizens amongst us. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Shoutout specifically to Surya, Partima, Roshni and others who made our stay very memorable. The food at the restaurant was top notch. The only thing to work on would be the cleanliness of the main pool. Overall 9/10. Would definitely recommend.

The property is really nice and the staff is very friendly. The only 2 things which were not that ok were the road to the resort and the insect invasion post the rain. While I understand that forest based resorts have insect invasions but the current experience was not as expected. The resort should work on putting some insecticides to stop the mass invasion.

Stay was good and comfortable. Few changes are required from hotel side- 1. They should provide shed in the car parking. Ranthambore is a very hot place the car was heating crazy when we were leaving. 2. You have to order non veg food even after taking buffet. You don’t have to pay extra but have to order it which takes a couple of time. 3. We had few offers which booking it. At the end of our stay when we wabted to avail it, it had a lot of terms and conditions which I feel should be explained prior to stay.

Room was very good we stayed in plunge pool room ..food is also good..but spa price is on higher side like 60min spa for 4500 that is too much ..and except pool no other activities to do and activity like star gazing are also to be paid

Overall it was very nice but still i feel that they can improve a lot by adding some more amenities. There was some bad smell coming from the washroom, but it got fine later. The food was excellent.

familyThe resort is newly built and quiet maintained. The amenities are yet not totally open. As in children play room is there but not fully operational. The ambience and aura of the paintings is phenomenal. The road leading upto the resort is quiet a task. Overalll, no complaints, the staff is quiet supportive, food is above average. The rooms, are really very nice and beautiful. Ours was a private pool villa which we got an upgrade. It was a nice experience.
