Beautiful well maintained and clean property. Reflects the effort by management and staff. Courteous and co-operative staff. 1. Rooms are average sized, but are clean, equipped with acs and have nice sit outs with traditional swings and chairs 2. Highlight of the property - great sea food in their restaurant - one of the best i have had outside. We had pomphret, surmai and prawns thalis which has sufficient fish, curry, rice bhakri / chapati quantity, salad and solkadhi. Very thali was good too. We also had modak and (kombdi) wade which were great too (both need to be preordered. Thanks to the property for providing complimentary breakfast. Only request to management is to speed up the food preparation during peak hours as sometimes it took just too long. 3. Close to nagaon beaches. Badami beach is at short walkable distance, while main nagaon beach is about 1. 5 kms away. Popular kashid beach is 25 kms away. 4. Has small, but pretty and clean swimming pool 5. Has a decent play area on 2nd floor with table tennis, foosball and a few other such games. 6. Parking available 7. Tv and wi-fi available on property, though i personally did not use much.

Apart from a few glitches here and there, this is a comfortable stay (10 mins away from nagaon beach. What we liked about the Bougainvillea was a comfortable, airy environment. Felt relaxed most part of the stay. What can improve is the maintenance part. Rooms look a little weary, low furniture( plug points )can be a glitch with small children and limited food options for babies. What we found surprising was the absence of toiletries and also a hot water jar in the room. Every-time we needed a hot water we had to go to the restaurant to fetch it. Other than these, it was pretty decent Bougainvillea with comfortable bed, air conditioning, hot water shower and spacious balcony. Would love to visit this place again also recommend others. Staff is humble, polite and eager to cater to all your needs. The owner too is a friendly guy. Had a quick chat before we checked out. Overall a good experience.

The location is about 10 mins walkable from the nagaon beach. Which is a plus point. Now about the resort in one lone it's small but sweet experience. Room _ rooms are quite pleasant, clean, well maintained. 24 *7 hot water supply was pleasure after hectic day from beach. The very attractive and chilling vibes of the room is balcony of the room which has swing. Very relaxing and chilling point for evening parties which goes till late night. Property _ very clean and decent. Food _ food was ok ok. I am hard core non vegetarian tried there fish and chicken thali but i think taste should be improvised. I was expecting local authentic taste which was missing. Pool _ pool is nice. Staff _ very helpful staff. They give you quick service and they will not ignore you at all very well mannered. Overall staying experience was very good.

We reached the property before the check-in time Shravan helped us with the early check-in, they even upgraded the room as it was available and we had reached before time. They also helped us for scooty on rent and local auto for nearby pick up and drops. Food was good but could have been more tasty. We ordered Omelette, chicken Sukha with some fries. Cheese pakoda and cold coffee was yummy and we liked it the most, from all the dishes we had. Food quantity is good and enough for two people. Pool is small but cute, the ambience is really great and relaxing and they play soft music at the property the whole day. Avinash, Rohit and Shravan are great staff to interact with, and very helpful. Last but not the least, the property is nearby the Nagaon Beach where you can find many water sports options too! Must visit place.

Hotel reception requested to send the documents and vaccine certificate in advance for direct checkin. They also provided the menu for the in-house restaurant along with the restaurant timings. They also provided the Bougainvillea direction well in advance. Once we reached the Bougainvillea, rooms were already ready ( they also took care of the special request for the rooms. Staff took the luggage directly to the room. Reception confirmed the personal details orally and staff provided us the welcome drink. Post checkin, we went to the in-house restaurant. Quality of local cuisine was really commendable. For dinner, we went for north indian and chinese food combination. Those dishes were also very tasty. Overall: great experience, satisfied with the visit

I was satisfied with the cleanliness and covid-19 safety checks in place. The Bougainvillea is good option for low budget stay. The room was very basic, hard double bed matress, poorly maintained balcony chair (old and paint worn off, intercom phone in very bad condition, very small lcd tv compared to size, toilet was fine and clean. The free wifi was quite slow and wasn't of much use. Overall, the Bougainvillea is good for low budget stay as its nothing great about the facilities in room. The food was very good and tasty, but limited menu items. Location is in-between fields and my room had good view from the balcony of the coconut trees. I would suggest you this Bougainvillea if you are low on budget, as the cleanliness is good and staff is friendly.

Good resort. Basic rooms and large. Balcony is awesome. All necessary amenities were present in the room. The staff is awesome and really polite. Always helping and smiling. The charges are bit higher and food is rarely avl. Tea not val for certain timings. Lunch not av l after 3. Buffet has a spread of 2 items only. Restaurant and food items need a massive massive upgrade. When travel-ling with kids, it's really troublesome when u don't have anything to eat inside the Bougainvillea. Other than that it was perfect. Good location.

The property gives you a very homely and quaint feel with the swimming pool being in the courtyard. The restaurant here serves great food at decent prices. They also have a pretty good games floor and i loved playing pool here (chargeable at 200 per hour. Only negative is that there are a lot of mosquitoes outdoors. The service is incredibly prompt here and you get attended to within minutes. I've been in higher star Bougainvilleas where the service isn't this great. Overall a great experience and would love to visit again.

5. Great Bougainvillea, very nice view. Beach is 1 minute walking. Beach is very serene. Rooms were super clean and staff was very helpful and coordinated well. Overall very good Bougainvillea!

We had a great experience during our stay. The staff is fully taking care of all the safety measures like wearing masks, sanitization. Even the house keeping staff is also following the measures which is very good.
