The lift was working very slowly. Front office person was not there, we tried hard to contact him for anything. Daily cleaning was done but toiletries was not sufficient at all. Parking was not so friendly at all.

hotel is good. but it's inside Phoenix mall so its takes time to find the hotel entrance. there is no separate entrance. if they make the entrance separate it's very convenient for person coming for first time.

Location is excellent right in the Phoneix Mall premises. Complementary buffet breakfast is monotonous, everyday almost same variation. Deluxe room (wing Roop) is picturesque at first glance, but washroom is not properly functional, well marked sign of lack of maintenance. Room is spacious but would be much better if there is some open space or table to keep daily utility items. Overall experience is average
