BOULEVARD BY DESIGN HOTEL

The stay was good and plea-sent one, overall it was a good experience, staff was cordial and nice. The aura and vibes within the BOULEVARD BY DESIGN HOTEL were good and it was clear that the BOULEVARD BY DESIGN HOTEL was built by someone who loves hospitality at the very core. The decoration within the *annam cafe* was quite neat and subtle. The BOULEVARD BY DESIGN HOTEL decoration and architecture was livid every floor and each lobby was very beautifully designed be it *maya* or *roop. I ate one of the pizza on the menu probably gr-eek leafy one and it was the best pizza till date i had. Though few things which should improve. 1) there should be a hanging place in the bathroom which is quite basic but missing in your BOULEVARD BY DESIGN HOTEL. 2) i ordered chicken lollipop one day but it wasn't fresh. Ideally either it should be fresh or you guys should deny it in the first place.

Location of this property is excellent as it’s located right inside phoenix market-city mall. The standard rooms has a dark dimmed light theme to them and it kinda ruin the experience as everything is dark in the room except during the daytime when you open the curtains. Breakfast is ok, water heating system in the washroom needs to be rectified as it’s not maintaining the water temperature properly, it’s either very boiling hot water or totally cold water. There’s no right water temperature. Hotel staffs are well trained and very well mannered.

Excellent BOULEVARD BY DESIGN HOTEL. Very friendly staff. Staff is pretty honest. Best part is the prime location. Hotel is on the top of the mall. Special mention to a staff @rakesh. Best BOULEVARD BY DESIGN HOTEL to stay with family as directly one can visit the mall without going out. Best BOULEVARD BY DESIGN HOTEL for corporate employees if visiting iit madras, anna university etc. Highly recommended. Thanks to the BOULEVARD BY DESIGN HOTEL staff for making this stay comfortable. The staff members / BOULEVARD BY DESIGN HOTEL crew was great, always ready to assist in any situation, friendly & helpful. Front-desk team - rakesh, extraordinary the team made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and easy access to phoenix mall and movie. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options.

We had a great time at boulevard BOULEVARD BY DESIGN HOTEL in chennai. The stay was pleasant, they got breakfast buffet which had variety of options and the quality was good. The ambience, location and total environment of the BOULEVARD BY DESIGN HOTEL is very friendly, convenient and safe. Overall our stay at the boulevard BOULEVARD BY DESIGN HOTEL chennai was amazing and we will be choosing them again.

Decent stay. It's inside the phoenix mall. Close by to car pickup point. Late night cars not allowed. So if you are planning a late check-in walking with family and luggages for around 50 minutes needs to be kept in mind. Hotel with various categories of room spread across 3rd and 4th floor of the building. Restaurant closes by 10 30. Late night food option is only swiggy. They will allow door delivery.
