Good service and polite staff.Room was very clean. Food was also good and very corporative manger for local place tour

The stay was beautiful and the breakfast arranged by Rafiq was very good specially the aloo paratha. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel .Room size was comparatively smaller than other hotel but food was excellent.

First of all, I booked the stay in *Boutique Helesinki* to stay in the month of May but they made us stay at one of their sister Hotel *The Helesinki House* because of no other guests were booked for the same date in either hotel. The Hotel is a kind of Havelli and since they didn't have other guests besides us, it looked like a haunted house. When the city's electricity was cut, they didn't provide back up power to us for almost four hours and we were to stay in dark in this haunted hotel. The Air Conditioning never worked in any of their rooms. The rooms were not perfectly cleaned as we found dust everywhere in the room including bed. The water was very hot in the bathroom as they didn't have hot and cold water facility. The towels were not perfectly cleaned and they had a smell. They didn't have the restaurant working which we found on MMT that they have a restaurant. The location is pathetic and it's almost 700 mtrs - 800 mtrs away from the public transportation availability.

Calm surroundings, staff is very cooperative, rooms were beautiful and well maintained, impeccable hygiene, food was delicious and requests were heard and implemented upon. Loved our stay!!

The property is a bit far, and a bit isolated. But the service is good, and the staff is friendly. The only problem was the food.

The rooms were large in size and staff was courteous. We enjoyed the hot breakfast served. The staff was kind enough to allow us an early check-in and peacefully occupy the lobby till the time the rooms were getting arranged. Travel-led with family and had a good stay.

The location is good near Jaisalmer Fort and Gadisar lake. The hotel room was good and the food was ok.

Very neat clean and value for money hotel. Rooms are basic but have good cleaning standards. Foods is also good.

It is a good hotel with cooperative staff and decent food. The room, washroom, and bed linen were neat and clean. Towels are old in look but are clean. There is no lift, but nothing to worry about. Hotel staff will bring luggage to your room. For elderly people, they book ground floor rooms. Please ignore previous comments on the hotel, room and washroom cleanliness, and water leakages photo. It is a budget hotel, so expecting 4 star treatment is wrong.

We stayed for one night and it was good considering the price. The rooms are spacious and the feel is like living in an old haveli room. Amenities are good.

I had an amazing stay at boutique helsinki! the location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transport. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything i needed. The breakfast was delicious, local options to suit all tastes. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, and the ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend boutique helsinki to anyone visiting jaisalmer and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The room is spacious and clean. Bathrooms are well maintained with hot water facility in wash basin as well. The service from hotel staff is prompt. A satisfactory stay it was.
