there are no hotel which one me booked that hotel in renovation you given diffrent cheap hotel given

Their is no hotel as per photos and they are giving another hotel and saying the hotel is closed so we are providing here

No pool at the property , Lift not working, No porter to carry luggage to the room, breakfast not provided,Staff under intoxication. Reception and Restaurant is at a different property.

best stay and madhav staff was super helpfull and service was best and also the room was clean and tidy room was bug enough

Dont go here, no maintaned rooms, defective ac, gysers, fridge. no proper service, u will ruined u r holiday if stay here.

Old property ready to demolish Ac not working cleaning is worst please stay in hostel or book property after one visit this property is already Surender by owner

Bugs in bed, untidy, no hygiene, pathetic service, displays villa in website but when you actually arrive it will be different. Not recommened

property location is very good but food, amenities and services are very bad. washroom are equipped with a very slow water tap. hot water missing in all rooms. I booked 3 rooms for same rate but property provided 1 room was very short

Rooms with poor hygiene door mats not provided bathroom with low water dispenser taps, i get 45 minutes to fill one bucket. No continue hot water. Showers and bath tub condition also same. As per the room charges room not meet the expectations. My personal suggestion is to do not tie up with this type of hotels because when tourist feel themselves happy then they will give you only positive feedback and extra star's

A terrible room ! yes that's what it was. The photos shown of the property were not true when we checked in the room. As it was late night and we didn't have energy to look for room elsewhere we just managed to sleep in it. But it's a complete waste of money and I know won't refund any money but still I wanted to share this with everyone planning to book a room in this property.

The stay at boutique hotel 10 calungute was nice, the food was good and the hotel staffs were humble and polite. We received good hospitality during the stay even the rooms and surrounding area were cleaned properly. So i would say overall it was a nice hotel and stay. Thank you mmt.
