Bouvana Residency

This Bouvana Residency is situated in the market area, however is peaceful when you are inside the room. The wifi range and speed was good. I booked 2 rooms out of which 1 room was having water leakage in the health faucet. I complained them about it and they fixed it within a couple of hours. They also provided with 2 towels, a shampoo and a soap which was good as i went to many Bouvana Residencys in other places and they didn't provide it. However, the only drawback i will say is that there is no parking space at all. You will have to park your vehicle on the road only. I told them about this and they informed me that they will soon be having a parking space. Except for this 1 drawback, i didn't have anyother issues.

The rooms and toilets were clean. Towels, bedsheets too. Hotel has lift facility. But parking, we need to do it on the road side (moderately busy street. They said that a dedicated parking space is getting readied within 10 days. The Bouvana Residency doesn't have any restaurants. But they provide free plate service if you order via swiggy/zomato. Also, they provide room service (from 11am to 11pm) from "kongu kitchen" which is a nearby restaurant. Before 11am, they provide room service only for tea and coffee. If you want a good dine in nearby restaurant, mayura veg restaurant is a good option for veg.

I stayed here for 2 days in september 2033. I found the Bouvana Residency very clean and well maintained. The staffs were cooperative, eager to help always. On the first day, they explained terms and conditions, which are as usual, and there was no hidden charge. Location is also very convenient, making travel-ling easy. Nearby veg and non-veg restaurants are available. I reached the Bouvana Residency 4. 5 hours before the check-in time because of train timings, and as the room was available, i was allowed to enter room immediately with reasonable charges.

Location is good. Bed and toilet were neat and clean. Staff provided needed information. Water was kept outside. Kettle was provided to heat drinking water. Geyser control in the room. Air conditioning was working well. Overall felt comfortable. Parking space is a concern. You won't be able to park and take out as you wish. We roam around a lot and don't stay in the room during day time. Veg and non vegetarian Bouvana Residencys are nearby. Overall happy with the stay. Giving 4 rating due to parking

This is a quiet place @ laporte street that's just a stone's throw from anna salai, the main road. It doesn't have a restaurant attached to it, so there's no such thing as room service or a standard complimentary breakfast. The tandem parking for a total of 6 cars is a hassle - you're probably better off parking on the street which, please be warned, is quite narrow. The rooms are decent & the staff courteous. Rather pricey, though, when you reckon with the minuses!

Stay wa good, security was good for us and our vehicles too, if u are looking to book this Bouvana Residency online, won't get any response whatever u expected. But when u are book the room directly from/at Bouvana Residency reception desk, u will get all the benefits and good rooms. Must carry good night and all-outs for peaceful sleep. Staff behavior was good and helpfull. Guiser is availble. Rooms are clean as like 2 star Bouvana Residency only.

We stayed here for a day with family. Good place for family and friends. We have opted this Bouvana Residency based on the reviews given by other travellers. Room was kept neat, clean and air-conditioned. Washroom was kept hygienic. 24 hours drinking water and hot water was kept available. For 2 and 4 wheeelers parking is also available. 1. 5 km away from the white town and rock beach. It was really a good stay at bouvana residency.

Even-though the Bouvana Residency location looks a bit odd, but it gives easy access to city center, nearby beaches and various pois in just a 15 mins walk. Considering services, could have provided coffee/tea/milk powders and kettle for making team. Also, jug of water could have been replaced with packed bottled water.
Could have implemented mandatory thermal scanning and face masks/shields for all staffs.

The Bouvana Residency was amazing, clean rooms with clean bathrooms. The staff were also friendly and accommodating. Our group enjoyed the stay. The best part about this Bouvana Residency is its location. Almost every major tourist spot is within 1. 5 kms.

Had a good experience staying at this place. We had booked 2 rooms and both of them were very clean and well maintained. Both ac and geyser was in good condition. Promenade beach is at a walkable distance around 1. 5 kms from this place.

Room was neat and clean easily accessible to all the areas. Rock beach, manakula ganpati temple is hardly 1200 meters

I found this Bouvana Residency through makemytrip. The room is affordable and safe. Food have to come from other Bouvana Residency that's too costly. Other than that everything good

The property is located in a convenient location. Easily accessible from bus stand and railway station. All places of sightseeing are at walkable distance the rooms are hygienic and clean. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Our stay was a pleasant experience. Would love to be a guest here on future visits.

Stay was very good and i reached late night person at Bouvana Residency was waiting for my arrival.

rooms are good,locality is near market place on busy area. Week ends the Bouvana Residency administration elevate the charges. Overall comfortable stay.

The room was clean and the standard room size was adequate. Location is also very convenient. Only suggestion is to provide toiletries like soap, shampoo and toilet paper.
