Location of the property is very good. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. Radhanagar Beach is walkable from the property. Staff are very courteous. Property is very beautiful It is newly reopened so they are short on cooking staff. So only basic options are only available. There won't be any breakfast spread. With bread and butter, either poori or paratha will be served. Same for lunch and dinner also. But whatever they prepare will be good in taste. wifi was msiing this is a downside. They told me that by the first week of Oct, it would be fixed. As its newly renovated and opened, I give them the chance. If not made available in the coming days, it's a big downside. Our overall experience was very good.

rooms decoration is good. rooms are specious. bathroom and balcony is good. location is near radhanagar beach which takes ten minutes.

Not upto expectations and not worth the price they quote.... no facilities, no swimming pool, not play area and most importantly no private beach attached.... the restaurant food is same ...they need to scale up on the offerings and also add more staff to manage... only one lady taking care 24/7 reception, kitchen, serving, cleaning.... not sure if the owner of the property really care for staff or either the property and not for sure if the guests.... pls check for better properties around .... thanks

The resort is not have many guests and the property is very old. However the staff there (vijalakshmi) is very good and takes cre of guests verywell. But dont go this place because the whole thing rennovation

Though it's a good property well maintained, but worst in service. Food was terrible, kachchi chapati were served,. They didn't even clean the room as well. Every time i needed to give a reminder for petty things. I felt there is a shortage of staff. Better to take hotel in havelock near jetty area in govind pur. . Also stayed one night in radhakrishna cottage which is located in centre. That's awesome with good food and prompt service.

worst experience i have ever had. There is fungus all over the walls and bed . Rooms are stinking with fungus smell. Big spider roaming in the room. 100s of bats flying outside the room. Huge delay on breakfast items, no buffet available.

Resort looks good, but maintenance is very poor we changed in to 3 room's in day, due to 1. First room power didn't work 2. Second room ac didn't work 3. Third room, lot of insects

Good stay, spacious rooms close to radhanagar beach food can be improved

Resort was really pretty, staffs were very helpful, greenery everywhere. Radhanagar beach is 10mins away. The only demerit is that it is far from city center

Pleasant and peaceful stay. Friendly and kind staff. Decent food in restaurant. Great view from the balcony, but room’s window is too small. Walking distance to the best beach on the island

Location was ok. Food was below avg. Catering staff was clueless about things that are to be served. They took half hour to renew empty dishes. They made lame excuses like non availability of bread (all 3 days) in breakfast. Stewards were just standing in restaurant looking at guests. They were not at all attentive to guests needs and requirements. Rooms were avg. Tv and phone remained us even after complaining. Best to avoid this hotel if possible

Rooms were very good, very peaceful location away from the crowd of radhanagar beach, but still close to the beach, service could be little better, otherwise awesome, worth the money. Nice rooms, peaceful and very convenient place near radhanagar beach, but needs some maintenance, good food, otherwise very peaceful stay

The property looks like it has been abandoned by its owners. The front desk had no idea that we had a reservation. The lights and fan at the reception were not even switched on. The room smelt musty. Would recommend everyone to please stay away from this hotel

Overall the hotel is really nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the resort is near to radhanagar beach however far from other happening places in havelock. The food quality needs improvement.

The hotel was in a renovating stage and thus some facilities were not available there. The food was ok. The staff was very supportive. It is a good child-friendly hotel.

It was a value for money property. Breakfast was excellent. The room was average. Staff behavior was good.

High price low quality. Stray dogs can be seen in premise. No wifi. No staff to attend.
