Don’t provide wi Fi . A lot issue with Electricity . Don’t have generator for backup.and the hotel charges is very high approx.3000 .

Property doesn't deserve as much as per day rent that was taken. This is running by a family who are also staying there with very limited staff (owner + only 2 child staffs) Firstly they ignored the booking, after showing voucher they accept, but had confusion in mind. Broken plastic tables are kept infront of every room for taking any refreshment. Damp room walls. Rooms are very down stairs from main road. Not recommended to anyone specially for family members. We are paying high rent to this type of hotel, but not getting proper facility and a proper hotel. Without verification they are listing this type of property with some good pictures and false descriptions.

The location of the resort is really awesome. Food is delicious and owner of the hotel is very cordial and soft spoken person. My experience in resort is outstanding. I prefer it again in next time.

Hotel is good, location is excellent. View from hotel is very good. Hotel staffs were very helping and supportive. Owner was good and supportive. There were some small issues and were not resolved. Food taste was not good.

Property was located at best places but service is too poor with the provided cost. I didn't find anything in term of relaxation. If you are lookimg a polite and supporting staff then dont think to come at this place.

there are no indoor games,and no facilities available according to vouchers made by make my trip and made fraud bill ,no clean room ,no basic facilities

The staff is very polite and helpful and the service are good and food is very nice and homely ..and the best part is they have big common corridor which is very good and best for sit out area and good for toddlers provide ample space to them for play

Despite being told that all rooms were booked, we were given a room on the 3rd floor down, which seemed unnecessary given the number of empty rooms indicated by the parking lot. Room: The room was not properly cleaned, with shampoo and soaps from previous guests still present in the bathroom. The lack of a hot water kettle was noticeable, especially on cold nights. Cleanliness: The room had pests and spiders, which was unacceptable. The bathroom kit provided was minimal, with only a small pouch of shampoo. Amenities: The furniture in and around the room was broken, including chairs and a table, which the manager denied despite clear evidence. The free Wi-Fi was advertised, but it only worked in the restaurant and not in the room. Ironically, our mobile internet connection also didn't work, making it difficult to stay connected. Recommendations: Given the issues we faced, I would not recommend this hotel to others. There are several areas that need improvement, including room allocation, cleanliness, amenities, and Wi-Fi connectivity. View - View from the hotel was very nice and only thing which we loved about it. Will I Stay Here Again? Unfortunately, no. Our experience was subpar, and we would not choose to stay here again.

facilities at the hotel not as expected for the price. interrupted electricity, wifi, and no car parking. our cab driver was not even allowed washroom access.

The owner is a very nice and helpful person. It is a great place with possibly the best view just don't hope anything fancy the hotel has every necessary facilities

Pros: property's location is very good, awesome valley view from rooms, breakfast was very good, in this amount it was a great option to stay. Worker boys Gopal and his friends were very helpful. Cons: a lot of stares, so not good if you have old family members, balcony is common, so if you want privacy in valley view, it can be disturbed by celebration of other room occupants.

The staff is very roud and Food is also not good. The Hotel is not worth of Money paid. The charges more then 6500 for 2 rooms for one night which is very very expensive for this property

Room is ok, food is costly but good, service is average. Market is nearby can buy your eating stuff from there. Food is on the costlier side in the resort.

Stay was comfortable but there were few issues with one of the room's toilet which was not resolved by the hotel manager. Rest the quality of food served in restaurant was really good and the view also was great from the room's. Entrance of this hotel has lots of stairs which is not friendly for old aged guests

1. Located bit up of lansdowne so the view and location, vibes is better. Lansdowne is a bit crowded. This is away from the crowd, hence calmer, what you actually want in mountains 2. View from the rooms open to a pretty sight, the rooms are well lit with sunlight 3. Huge lobby spread, so you can play around, good for kids 4. Parking is outside the hotel, and space for 2 cars only. Which can be an issue if you are driving down. Else you can park at the taxi stand which is 200 m from this hotel 5. Room size is spacious, well enough for 3 people 6. Washroom is decent, not great but not bad. Has hot water facility on -demand which is a plus point 7.
