My room offered a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, which was truly mesmerizing. - *Impeccable Service:* The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to my every need. - *Delicious Cuisine:* The BrightLand Hotel's restaurant served an array of delectable dishes, including local Himachali specialties. - *Cozy Rooms:* My room was tastefully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with all modern amenities. _What I Loved Most:_ The BrightLand Hotel's location was perfect – close enough to the city's main attractions, yet far enough to offer a peaceful retreat. The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail made my stay truly special.

First of all Staff members were well behaved and helpful. Room was clean, hygiene was maintained in and out. Food was simple & hygienic. Valley view was really calming. Overall our stay was satisfactory with good room services, hygienic food and well behaved staff members. Thankyou 😊

Stay was bed t gore family, staff are supportive and overall stay is very good. 10 mins walk from mall road and bus stand and railway station so location is also good.

It was great. Cooperative and polite staff. Only suggestion which i want to share that avoid using plastic water jugs for warm water.
