I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable resort and spa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The service was impeccable, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I had a great experience with the staff and property. Starting from the a follow up call a day before our stay. Receptionist provided me with the travel time, weather and also asked if early checkin is required considering we were travel-ling with a baby. We reached the resort right about at the check in time. As soon as we reached, gatekeeper guided us to park the vehicle and immediately the bell boys came an carried our luggage to the lobby. We had booked 2 different categories room but we were offered an upgrade so that both rooms can be side by side. That was an excellent service. Rooms : we had booked pool side superior. Rooms are very well kept and provided with basic toiletries and required information about the resort contact. Food: i would highly recommend the food provided in the olive garden restaurant of the resort. I would recommend to try italian cuisine. They also have a huge spread of breakfast items. Note: i would also recommend to try their bakery items. They have an in-house bakery where they provided us with a birthday cake as well. Cake was superbly delicious. I also tried the jacuzzi and sauna. It was really pleasant experience. Finally, i would like to highlight that every staff member of the resort is very helpful and always on lookout if anything is needed by their guests. I will definitely visit this resort next time. I would try different room category as well. P. S. They are upgrading adding new rooms category with personal jacuzzi.

Stayed with family for 3 nights recently which is happened to be off-season due to exams time. Decent property which is maintained well. Too many types of rooms offering large variety. We stayed in cottage wing where rooms are spacious and has enough privacy to offer since a bit separated from core resort. Staff also showed us all other kind of rooms and we did not regretted opting for cottage. Other rooms were also equally good. Restaurant food is tasty. Breakfast buffet is nice and changed with variety during all 3 days of our stay. They do not have buffets for lunch and dinner. Only a-la-carte is available and food quality is maintained. Kids playing and common fun activity area is well maintained. Has various board games to play along with table tennis and fussball. Swimming pool was deserted for most of the initial half of the day. Very well maintained. Jacuzzi, steam and sauna systems are very well maintained to be in working condition. Staff is courageous throughout the resort. The resort has ample free space and lot of trees inside. Best place to stay if you want to just enjoy the weather and relax without doing much of sightseeing. Also the resort is a bit away from hassle from market area. Kate's point is nearby. Road from kate's point till old mahabaleshwar temple which goes via resort is in good condition.

I recently stayed at brightland (this was my 9/10th stay at the same property) and had an outstanding experience. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. My room was immaculate, stylish, and equipped with all modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the decor was both chic and cozy. The Brightland Resort & Spa's facilities are top-notch, including a well-equipped with a relaxing pool area, and a divine spa. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a highlight, especially the impressive breakfast buffet. The location is ideal, close to local attractions and public transportation, yet the Brightland Resort & Spa remains peaceful and quiet. Overall, brightland exceeded all my expectations, offering excellent service, luxurious accommodations, and outstanding facilities. Highly recommended!

A memorable stay at bright-lands resort. We were there for 5 nights in october. The room was quite spacious, bathroom was huge with all modern amenities. The best part was the bed was very comfortable. There was an extra cot, a soga cum bed, in another adjacent room. All very comfortable. We had food all three times in the restaurant. We tried different cuisines, except for breakfast which was buffet spread, it was ala carte otherwise. The food was consistently good. Not much oil or spices, tastes great. Every day had something new in the breakfast. Must commend adarsh, our table waiter. We bought home made strawberry jam which in the Brightland Resort & Spa. So, the food, which i think is a very important piece of Brightland Resort & Spa stay was outstanding. Everyone was very nice and polite.

One of the best place in terms of location , food, courtesy of staff, prompt room service, extraordinary food. So warm & loving people right from the security guard to all the staff. A 10/10 on maintaining the whole resort. The best part we loved was the club car which was so nice thing I ever came across. Now only thing I think needs to be taken care of is a net on villas which don’t have it as monkeys directly have a feast with the guests in the morning time😆thats all is all we need you guys to work on. Would rate this property a 11out of 10 its excellent in all terms. Would surely like to Visit this property whenever we plan a vacation here.All the best and keep up the good work.Do anything to retain your cooks or chefs they r the main people who make us happy 😃

Great food and service. We stayed in room no. 206 of the cottage apartment premium. This room looks out into a lawn. The room offers a large, roomy bathroom. The cost of food is justified. Housekeeping and room service were excellent. Here are just a few recommendations: if one does not always keep the curtains drawn, people walking by can see into the room which compromises on privacy. Therefore, please put a tint on the glass windows. Please consider adding a clock, mirror and bathtub to the space. Please look into the water pressure of the shower. We had a great time at the property and all of its extra amenities, which included a disco, games room, jacuzzi, and swimming pool. We wish to experience their upcoming tulip suite rooms.

Great location and one of the best in hospitality, this was my 2nd visit to the place and as always, it amazed us this time too. Loved the food and lots of varieties for breakfast. It's all in one place for mahabaleshwar stay. We stayed in ivy deluxe room which has a nice view of valley which we enjoyed a lot.

The property is huge with big sized cottages and facilities. Great food at both restaurants and lots of areas to chill and relax. We even tried the spa which was amazing. Hospitality is great and we would love to book again.
