Brio Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at bro Brio Hotel, a quaint and charming property located in the serene block 3 of salt lake, kolkata. I booked a deluxe room, and the experience far surpassed my expectations. The room was beautifully maintained and exuded an upscale ambiance, making it feel like a luxurious stay rather than a budget option. The service was impeccable. I requested extra towels and hangers during my stay, and the staff promptly fulfilled my requests with a cheerful attitude. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a variety of indian and continental options. Every dish was not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared. On the day of checkout, i was running slightly behind schedule and requested an extension for breakfast beyond the usual 10:30 am cutoff. The staff graciously extended the time until 10:45 am without any hesitation, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. The reception team deserves special mention for their warm and helpful demeanor, which added to the overall charm of the Brio Hotel. I wholeheartedly give bro Brio Hotel a big thumbs up and a well-deserved 5-star rating. We family had stayed in brio Brio Hotel for 12long days it was a comfortable and convenient, property located in good residential area giving you a homely feeling when u step out of the Brio Hotel unlike a city center feel, property is very well maintained look like a new property, courteous and well trained staff, food seems to be little costlier compared to other restaurants and for south indians it may not be that tasty and yummy.

Management, behaviour, service, hospitality are too good. They are very professional about their gesture. Room service, facilities, safety, security, food are very very impressive. Price is not high but sometimes shows spike in price. Thank you to all stuff of brio.

We stayed for a night, the property is perfect by location, food, staff behaviour and cleanliness. Recommending all to try once. It was a beautiful stay for me.

The location was selectwd as per requirement. But rooms are really small compared to the charges of the room. Facilities are alright and service is also good
